Leisurely Farm Life in Beast World

With that, he accelerated their flight speed, leaving the Orcs behind.

In less than half an hour, Ji Nuan was standing on the ground of the Beast God Mountain, breathing in the cold air.

Everything around was a blanket of white, with not a single plant in sight, which made Ji Nuan feel a little disappointed.

Seeing Ji Nuan looking around as if searching for something, Big Bear hurried over, "Shaman Ji Nuan, are you looking for something?"

Ji Nuan smiled, "I was just curious that there are no plants."

Big Bear gave a bitter smile, "How can there not be any plants? Look there."

With that, he pointed to a small snow pack behind him.

Big Bear walked over to the small snow pack and reached in, and to Ji Nuan’s surprise, he withdrew a vine-like plant that was an icy blue hue.

Big Bear nodded, "This is the Ice Vine that is unique to the Beast God Mountain. It only grows in cold places, and the colder it gets, the better it grows."

Ji Nuan pointed to the icy blue vine in his hand, "Can I look at it?"

Big Bear handed it over, "This Ice Vine has been cut down by us already. Once cut, it becomes as cold as an icicle, but less dangerous. However, if you encounter a growing Ice Vine on Beast God Mountain, do not go near it. The vine will wrap around and gradually drain the nutrients from any creature that gets close. It’s terrifying."

Upon touching the Ice Vine, Ji Nuan’s tiny hand trembled, its icy blue translucent form chilling her to the bones.

The Beast World was astonishing, a vine could even consume creatures. How could one possibly survive?

Ji Nuan attempted to break the vine with her other hand, but it didn’t budge at all.

Ji Nuan put the small piece of Ice Vine into the basket on her back, "Let’s collect more for now, I need to research if this plant could be used for treatment."

As soon as Big Bear heard this, his eyes lighted up, he turned around, and fetched a couple more Ice Vines from the snow pack for Ji Nuan, "We cut these off yesterday. Take some more."
