The Orc listlessly lifted his head to glance at him, but remained sitting there with his head drooped, motionless. Ya Gu, holding his young female cub and rocking her, looked toward Ya Li with an unmistakably wicked gleam in his eyes.

Ya Li glared at him, saying, "Don’t revel in this. You need to help me find a solution too, not just stand by and enjoy the spectacle."

Ya Gu rolled his eyes. "We were duped by you countless times. Now that my issue is done, She Wu is back. You should inform the Clan Leader and Ji Nuan, don’t just keep hiding him in your house."

The young man sitting on the heated platform looked pitifully at Ya Li: "Big brother~"

Ya Li stood up, took a couple of deep breaths, and said, "Rest well today. Tomorrow, we will go see Chief Ge Xing and Ji Nuan together and explain everything to them. The Watson Tribe accepted us before, and as long as we explain everything honestly and serve the tribe wholeheartedly in the future, they should forgive us."

Ya Gu and the little carrot head in his arms blinked in unison, "Do I have to go too?"

Ya Li looked at him with a smirk, "Aren’t you She Wu’s big brother? Of course, you’re coming."

Ya Gu lifted the cub that was kicking her little legs in his arms, and grinned, "Maybe I shouldn’t go. Your two can explain everything perfectly well. If I leave, the cub will have no one to care for her, how pitiful."

Ya Li grinned sarcastically, "I recall you always leave the cub with Ama next door whenever you go hunting. I think it won’t hurt to inconvenience her one more time?"
