Leisurely Farm Life in Beast World

Meng Tai furrowed his brows at him: "A giant beast? How big?"

The orc spoke with a pale face: "I couldn’t see its head or tail at all. All I could see was the body of the beast in my field of vision."

Meng Tai and the surrounding orcs all changed their expressions. Was it really that big? Could all the great beasts in Eneru Forest have been eaten by this giant beast?

"You didn’t startle it, did you?" Meng Tai looked at the orc.

The orc shook his head vigorously: "Don’t worry about that. I didn’t make a sound. Besides, the beast is so large, I’m afraid even its fart would be louder than my shout."

Meng Tai moved a little farther away from this orc in distaste. Idiocy can be contagious.

"Take this food back. We’ll go and look around," Meng Tai handed his prey to the orc.

The orcs around him also handed over the gifts in their hands to him.

Meng Tai took the lead, running towards the area the orc had pointed out, with the hunting team following closely behind.

The closer they got to the edge of the forest, the more noticeable the rising heat became. Meng Tai and the orcs of the hunting team were all sweating profusely.

Eventually, after leaving the continuous forest behind, a vast plain stretched out in front of them. The giant beast spoken of by the orc was quietly lying on the plain, so enormous that its borders couldn’t be seen with one glance.

"This giant beast is really... really too big."

"My god, compared to this monster, a long-toothed elephant is like the gap between an orc and the grass underfoot."

As Meng Tai and the others were immersed in the shock of the giant beast before them, they didn’t realize that their figures had already appeared in the eyes of the Watson Tribe orc who was patrolling on the city wall.

"Which tribe do you orcs belong to? Why have you come into our tribe’s territory?" The voice of the orc, carried by the wind, reached the ears of Meng Tai and the others.

The group followed the sound, seeing an orc standing on the back of the giant beast, even greeting them loudly, apparently not afraid of startling the beast below at all.

Strangely enough, there was no reaction from the giant beast at all.

Meng Tai turned his head slightly and said, "Let’s move closer and see."

The group continued towards the giant beast. Seeing them running back, the orc on the city wall quickly turned to his companion: "You go and get the clan leader and the remaining hunting team. These orcs are strangers. We have not seen them before."

Having said that, he turned around and shouted again, "Which tribe’s orcs are you? Why have you come to our territory?"

Meng Tai and the others ran to a closer place and replied, "We are the orcs of the Monte Tribe from the Lamu Forest, here to find the Dashi Tribe and the Gray Bear Tribe."

The orc on the city wall scratched his head, mumbling to himself, "Why are there so many orcs looking for the Dashi Tribe and the Gray Bear Tribe?"

"You’re in the wrong place then. The Dashi Tribe’s territory is in the other direction." The orc pointed to the distant opposite direction.

Meng Tai pointed at the giant beast in front and asked, "Where did you catch such a giant beast?"

The orc laughed and said, "That’s our tribe’s wall, built to protect our clan, not a giant beast."

Meng Tai opened his eyes wide in surprise. Such a huge thing was not a giant beast?

"What’s the matter? I’m eating lunch, why did you call me over?" The voice of Chief Ge Xing came from behind the orc.
