Help! I Think We Summoned A Demon King

Chapter 63: A Terrible Disaster

Ava regressed to her regular, shy self, barely saying a word more after Caleb was found.

This took the other heroes by great surprise, because suddenly, she looked like an entirely different person, exactly how she used to be before. But none of them commented about it and just ate and rested.

Amidst light conversations with the heroes detailing what they had been through and Erica and Zorat detailing theirs, of course, with some exceptions of some sultry details.

Soon, the hour of rest was over, and Azaria sprang up again and began leading the charge, so the heroes climbed through the lower floors pretty quickly with no respawn monsters in sight.

In only about a few hours, they were above the middle floors, and that’s where the respawned monsters started appearing.

Trying to clear a whole floor of monsters takes a pretty long amount of time, so the journey up from there became, as predicted, very slow, but still faster than previously, now with Erica to the mix and the heroes refreshed and filled.

Granted, both Erica and Caleb were still level ones, it wont take long for them to reach the adept rank as well, just like the other heroes; above the adept rank though; the leveling becomes slowler, requiring higher leveled enemies to breakthrough, so the master realms would still take a lot of work amd quite some time for these heroes to reach.

While all this was unraveling, a certain one-mustached grand vizier was having quite the conundrum as we speak.

Victor Malverin was inside his office, going through some papers, but his mind was somewhere else.

His mind was on his dear daughter in particular, who had been acting very strangely for six days now.

Kaelara had recently shut herself up inside her room for days now; she was visibly happy, happier than Victor had ever seen her be, and looking more beautiful as a woman with every passing minute.

But two days earlier, Victor started to notice some mild discomfort in her countenance, while her joyous state remained steadfast.

She would only converse with her parents for a few minutes, then prance back into her room, smiling, closing the door, and going back to writing in that diary of hers.

Victor, about a week back, had contemplated lightly perusing his daughter’s diary to find out what she had planned for him, but he thought better of it because he didn’t feel like Kaelara would like that much.

However, now it seems that whatever surprise she has planned for his birthday, which will be in two days, must be taking a lot from her.

Though she’s happier than she’s ever been, planning for this, Victor didn’t fail to notice the slight discomfort on her face since two days ago, which is why he had finally made up his mind that today he would see exactly what surprise his daughter was cooking up by lightly perusing her diary.

As luck would have it, Kaelara had gone out for the first time in a few days, and Victor wouldn’t miss out on this opportunity to understand his daughter better.

Exiting his office and heading down towards his daughter’s chambers in the large mansion, Victor was surprised to find his wife had just about the same idea as him and was not making her way into Kaelara’s room.

"Liora ?" Victor muttered in surprise as Liora turned sharply in his direction in shock.

"Ah, dear. So you too..." she said meaningfully, and Victor nodded into a smile as they both entered Kaelara’s room.

"Where do you think she keeps it ?" Liora said as she started perusing through the room.

"I think it should still be the usual..." Victor responded as he bent low, reaching underneath Kaleara’s bed, and pulled out a stylish journal with a blue hard cover.

"Ok.. let’s see, we are only going to check out the last entry to see what is going on with our daughter, okay ?" Victor explained as he sat down, and Liora nodded and sat down next to him as well.

But as Victor flipped open the book straight to the last entry, confusion marred his expression as he struggled to understand what he was reading.

*Dear diary. It’s been six days since master left; it hasn’t been easy, but the thought of seeing him soon keeps me going, and I’m happier by the day. There has been some discomfort in these last two days due to the essence nectar accumulating, but nothing too much for me to bear; come back soon, master.*

Victor turned to look at his wife in confusion, and she too had the same expression on her face; after a few seconds of silence, Victor uttered.

"It seems our daughter has taken up a new master without our knowledge. Is she perhaps trying to better her skills or swordmanship ?"

"But what is this.... Essense nectar ?"

"I am not sure, dear. Maybe we should read one more to at least find out who this new master is that’s become so important to our daughter."

"If we find out who he is, we can surely invite him over for some tea and get to know our daughter’s teacher."

"You are absolutely right, Liora," Victor smiled, nodding, as he flipped over to the next page from the back.

*Dear dairy. My master has finally honored my pussy with his giant, monstrous cock today. I never imagined my pussy had the capacity to feel so good. He pounded my pussy for an hour straight until it screamed in transcendent joy, and so did I. I will serve my master faithfully for the rest of my life.*

Victor was visibly trembling as his grip on the journal tightened. With a face as pale as sheet, he read through the journal once more, confirming it was actually written there, and in his very own daughter’s handwriting.

The walls, ceiling, and floor began to tremble as waves of mana leaked through Victor Malverin in every direction, causing his wife, who was just as petrified from the journal, to seek cover as she tried to remedy the situation.

"em ... honey... please calm down. Maybe it’s not what it actually sounds like," she mumbled from the side, but even she did not believe her own words.

Victor did not even hear speak; it was like his entire world had come crumbling down.

"My... my pure and chaste.... daughter ?" he stammered, waves of chaotic mana spiralling in torrents, the shock transforming rapidly into immense anger as he flipped to the next back page of the journal.

*I went to see the item box hero today... Or should I rather say.... My master...

"The hero of...item box... ruined my daughter ?"

This day, observers from the outside were shocked to notice the entire grand vizier’s mansion visibly tremble like a localized earthquake had taken place, while simultaneously, the grand vizier’s thunderous roar, filled with pain and madness, tore through the entire mansion, causing both the staff inside and commoners on the streets to hide in fear.

What terrible disaster could have occurred?. They all wondered.
