Chapter 36 : It Is Time to Take Your Medicine, Young Master
A few scattered remarks were enough to piece together a horrifying truth.
And everything Ann had revealed through her actions made it clear that she was not the harmless maid Muen had taken her for.
She was far more terrifying than he had ever imagined.
“Do not worry, Young Master. I will not hurt you for the time being.”
Ann said, “As long as you stay here obediently.”
“Obediently… stay here?”
“That is right. Stay here.”
An immense joy surfaced in Ann’s eyes.
“And then remain with me forever.”
“Remain together forever? How could that be possible?”
Muen understood what Ann meant, and precisely because he understood, he could not accept it.
“You mean to imprison me for the rest of my life?”
“I have no other choice.”
Ann revealed a slightly regretful expression.
“If the plan had gone smoothly, and both your body and your heart had become mine, I would not have needed to resort to something so extreme.
But the plan failed.”
“…”
“To be honest, I cannot understand why it failed. For the past ten years, there has never been any problem. But all of a sudden, Young Master, it was as though you had become a completely different person.”
Ann widened her eyes and stared fixedly at Muen, as if trying to discover the faintest trace of a clue on him.
“You became brave, diligent, humble, and courteous. You cared about a sick maid. You greeted guests respectfully. You even spent an entire day in the library, a place you would never have spared a glance for before.
Young Master, tell me.
What was it that suddenly changed you so much?
Could it be that you are not really the Young Master at all?”
Muen’s heart skipped a beat.
His instincts told him that he truly did not count as the real Muen Campbell.
If the truth were exposed, Ann might really kill him on the spot.
So he could only force out a smile and explain,
“Perhaps… This is just what it means to grow up. Are men not all like this? Sometimes they just suddenly mature overnight.”
“Is that so?”
Ann tilted her head.
“Never mind. You truly are the Young Master. I have already confirmed that much.”
Ann licked her lips, as if she were still savoring the taste from before.
“So, since I cannot make both your body and heart belong entirely to me, I can only settle for the next best thing.”
Ann gazed at Muen.
The dark desire in her eyes spilled out once more, as though it meant to devour him completely.
“At the very least, Young Master, I will make you stay by my side forever.”
…
…
“Let me go already!”
“What you are doing is wrong! It is a crime!”
“I am the Duke’s son, Ann. You should understand the consequences of this!”
“Even if you take my body, you will never have my heart!”
Once Muen realized that Ann truly intended to imprison him for life, he began struggling in terror.
He shouted at her, threatened her, tried to bargain with her, and even pleaded, but Ann remained unmoved.
“Give up, Young Master. The moment you said you wanted to let me go, I stopped hoping for your heart long ago. So everything I am doing now is only for the sake of obtaining your body completely and forever.” Ann smiled.
“You think you can obtain my body?”
After exhausting every possible method, Muen decided to smash the pot since it was already broken and sneered,
“I will tell you the truth. For a woman as wicked as you, I would not feel even the slightest bit of desire!”
“Is that so?”
Ann smiled faintly.
Then she rose to her feet and let the smile fade.
She became dignified once more, her expression cool and detached.
But with her hands, she slowly undid the buttons at her chest.
As the buttons came undone, the pale, full curves beneath them—no less impressive than Selicia’s—burst free like a beast escaping its cage and crashed into Muen’s field of vision.
“Hiss—”
Muen sucked in a cold breath.
A maid.
Removing her clothes with a blank expression.
Captivity play.
No, there were too many elements here. It was too stimulating… no, too infuriating.
Was this really something a proper maid ought to be doing?
“Oh my, Young Master, it seems you are not quite as you claimed.”
Ann lowered her head and stared at a certain part of Muen before suddenly breaking into a soft laugh.
She bent down, slipped one foot out of her polished little leather shoe, then lifted her skirt with both hands and slowly pressed that jade-like foot, wrapped in black stockings, toward a certain place on Muen’s body.
“Mm…”
“How is it? Does it feel good?”
“It fe—… no… damn it… I will never yield!”
This scene truly did make his blood surge, especially those black stockings.
Muen had never imagined that beneath Ann’s long maid uniform, she had hidden such a devastating weapon.
A maid in black stockings—who could possibly withstand that?
But Muen had resolved that he would never submit!
Being forcibly pinned down by Selicia was one thing.
He could not tolerate having his dignity trampled like this all over again!
“No matter what you say, I am not surrendering so easily this time.”
“Supreme Lord Laozi, Queen Mother of the West, Tathagata Buddha, Jesus incarnate, by the law, make haste!”
“Shrink! Shrink! Shrink!”
Muen squeezed his eyes shut, refusing to look at the scenes that made his blood boil, while shouting all kinds of bizarre incantations in an attempt to drown out Ann’s seductive voice.
At the same time, inside his mind, he imagined the sensation there as the painful chafing of wearing tights that were far too tight while having to run a thousand meters during gym class.
Under that combined barrage of visual, auditory, and sensory self-hypnosis… it actually seemed to be working a little?
“I underestimated your willpower, Young Master.”
Feeling the obvious change beneath her foot, Ann narrowed her eyes in displeasure.
“It seems I will have to use some special means.”
Hm?
Special means?
Curious, Muen cracked one eye open and saw Ann pull out two small, crystal-clear glass bottles from the deep hollow of her chest.
How in the world could something like glass bottles be wedged in a place like that? That elasticity…
No, now was not the time to be thinking about that.
Muen looked at one of the bottles, which contained a red liquid, and suddenly felt an extremely ominous premonition.
This thing… looked awfully familiar.
“Fortunately, there was some left.”
Ann shook the glass bottle and watched the blood-red liquid slosh inside it, suddenly revealing a smile that suggested everything was under her control.
“That… could not possibly contain evil dragon blood, could it?”
Looking at the red liquid in the bottle, Muen asked through clenched, trembling teeth.
“I did not expect you to know about evil dragon blood, Young Master.”
Ann replied, “That is right. This is a drug mixed with evil dragon blood. The one I put in the black tea before was this.”
“Then… this one here, it would not happen to be powdered dragon salvia, would it?”
Muen looked toward the white powder in the other glass bottle, and even his voice had begun to tremble.
“You know even that, Young Master?”
Ann licked her lips, her gaze full of provocation.
“In that case, Young Master, you should already know what I intend to do, should you not?”
With swift, practiced movements, Ann mixed the two together, creating a pink potion that looked deeply ominous at a glance.
Bringing the potion to Muen’s lips, Ann said softly,
“Come now, it is time to take your medicine, Young Master~”
