The Villainess Cannot Escape — Five Beast Husbands Chase Her Madly

Chapter 201: Su An’an Gets Her Period

Su An’an’s fox ears twitched, and her dark eyes curved into crescents:

"Yes, yes, of course. Thank you for protecting me, Lord Seville!"

"Enough of your lip!"

Seville lightly pinched her soft, red lips, then turned to Manda and Old Wolf. "You two lead a team and take the Crystal Meat back to the tribe. The rest of you..."

His beastly eyes swept over the warriors. "Continue clearing the hunting grounds!"

"As you command!"

Manda and Old Wolf dropped to one knee, the muffled thuds of their Bone Spears striking their chests as uniform as thunder.

Twenty Cheetah Warriors became black flashes of lightning, speeding away with the Crystal Meat.

The remaining Beastman Warriors instantly straightened their spines and followed Su An’an and Seville to the hunting grounds.

As the group marched on, a young Green Lizard Beastman sidled up to a Gray Wolf Beastman, his tail flicking restlessly.

"These hunting grounds have been contaminated by Mutant Beasts. Most of the Nightlight Frogs in there are inedible now, so why are we still going?"

The Gray Wolf Beastman’s eyes instantly ignited with a fervent glow. He gazed at Su An’an and Seville walking side-by-side up ahead, his voice trembling slightly with excitement.

"The Divine Female said that wiping out the Mutant Beasts serves two purposes: one is to cut off the limbs of the Divine Army, and the other is to allow the hunting grounds to recover their vitality as quickly as possible."

"By next year, our cubs and females won’t have to go hungry."

"Really?" The Green Lizard Beastman’s eyes widened, his scales rippling slightly in shock.

"Of course, it’s true!" The Gray Wolf Beastman abruptly grabbed his companion’s shoulder.

"The Divine Female and the Lord Divine Envoy are omnipotent! They are our hope!"

He suddenly released his grip and solemnly adjusted his armor. "When we fight the Mutant Beasts, you’d better give it your all! Don’t betray their trust!"

"Absolutely!" The Green Lizard Beastman immediately straightened his back, his claws tightening around his Bone Spear.

His gaze remained fixed on the figures ahead, as if to etch the backs of Su An’an and Seville into the depths of his soul.

When Su An’an stepped into the Nightlight Frog hunting ground, the ground beneath her feet made a teeth-grating SQUELCH.

The once clear, rippling pond was now covered in pitch-black scales.

The crimson, vertical pupils of giant mutated rats flickered in the shadows.

The ground they crawled over was like a festering wound, constantly oozing black slime.

Only in the raised pond at the center did a few glowing Nightlight Frogs leap restlessly on the turbid surface.

They were like candles in the darkness, threatening to be extinguished at any moment.

"Be careful! Their saliva is toxic!"

Su An’an’s warning swept through the entire party.

"Understood!"

Seville spread his black and white Wings. The hurricane he kicked up swirled rubble into a deadly barrage, and Light Blades rained down like a meteor shower.

The other Beastman Warriors also roared, launching their attacks on the Mutant Beasts.

The Gang Vine Armor blocked the Mutant Beasts’ toxic saliva, while Giant Bone Hammers smashed them, creating blossoms of crimson blood.

Suddenly, a mutated rat glowing with a peculiar purple light leaped through the air, pouncing toward Su An’an.

Its fangs were just inches from her pink fox ears.

SWISH!

A flash of silver-purple light shot past, and the rat’s corpse, severed in two, slammed to the ground.

Seville instantly appeared at Su An’an’s side.

"I’m fine. The Mutant Beast leader is in the southeast corner."

A blast of pink Divine Light erupted from Su An’an’s palm, transforming into chains that shot into the shadows and wrapped around the throat of the mutated rat leader.

"Get out here!"

With a sharp cry, she dragged out the Mutant Beast leader—a three-foot-tall creature glowing with purple light.

The remaining Mutant Beasts went berserk, charging at Su An’an and Seville.

"Protect the Divine Female!"

The Hawk Clan of the Black Wood Tribe immediately changed formation. Their sharp cries pierced the sky as Gang Vine Spears rained down.

SPLAT! The eyeballs of countless mutated rats were pierced by the spears, and blood splattered like raindrops.

Seizing the opportunity, the Rhino Warriors roared and formed a defensive line, shielding Su An’an.

"Die!"

With a gentle flap of his Wings, Seville sent twelve golden Light Blades piercing precisely into the Mutant Beast leader’s joints, searing into its flesh like red-hot iron chains.

Screaming in agony, the Mutant Beast leader was reduced to a charred corpse.

As the last wisp of poisonous fog dispersed, the setting sun cast a golden sheen over the bloody battlefield.

The Beastmen’s Bone Spears were soaked a deep crimson, but in the central pond, the rescued Nightlight Frogs were beginning to emit their soft glow once more.

Seville’s Wings quietly sheltered Su An’an’s exhausted form. "Pushing yourself too hard again."

"Look who’s talking."

Su An’an smiled and tapped his firm chest, her fingertip giving a gentle poke right over his heart.

She then turned to look at the ravaged land. "It’s time for this hunting ground to be reborn."

She opened her palm, and Gang Vine Seeds fell like starlight, scattering over the mountain of Mutant Beast corpses.

The Beastman Warriors raised their torches high, the firelight illuminating every resolute face.

The rotting flesh crackled in the flames, and the intense heat purified the poisonous fog into wisps of thin smoke.

When the last wisp of black smoke dissipated, a miracle occurred.

Tender green vines sprouted from the ashes, weaving themselves into a web at a speed visible to the naked eye.

The soil, blackened by toxins, gradually shed its corruption and regained a healthy, earthy luster.

"We thank the Divine Female! We thank the Divine Envoy!"

The Beastmen cheered in unison, the sound washing over the entire hunting ground like a tidal wave.

They dropped to one knee, hot tears streaming from their eyes as they gazed at the two figures standing side by side in the morning light.

In the light of the rising sun, Su An’an’s dark hair and Seville’s Wings seemed to flow with a divine radiance.

"Let’s go home!"

With a wave of her hand from Su An’an, the Beastmen cheered and began their journey home.

「The last night before the season of acid rain.」

Clouds as thick as ink pressed down from above, but they couldn’t hide the towering bonfire of the Gray Stone Tribe.

The firelight tore through the darkness. Firewood crackled and popped, sending sparks scattering like fireflies.

The savory aroma of roasting meat and the clean, bitter scent of Gang Vine juice mingled in the wind, lending a touch of the Beast World’s warmth to the grim night.

Jin Zhu’s wrists were a blur as she sliced the Crystal Meat into paper-thin, translucent pieces, her blade glinting coldly in the firelight.

Lu Ming pushed clay pots full of dried Crystal Meat into the cellar, the dull thuds mixing with the distant sound of blades being sharpened.

Artisans from the Black Wood Tribe clung to the Gang Vine walls, gradually lighting the pale green lanterns made from Nightlight Frog skin.

"Hang up more! Mutant Beasts are afraid of the light!"

An old artisan beastman instructed his apprentice while tying a lantern on more securely.

Around the bonfire, warriors from the Seven Great Tribes moved back and forth through the light and shadows.

Rhino Warriors unstrapped their Bone Shields, trading freshly sharpened Bone Spears with Cheetah Warriors.

The scales of the Chameleon Clan shimmered with a faint light as they quietly shared tips on stealth. "Your breathing has to be lighter than a falling leaf."

Jin Zhu squeezed through the crowd of Beastmen, carrying a clay bowl. The thick soup, brewed from Crystal Meat, was still steaming.

"Divine Female, have some hot soup to warm yourself."

"Just call me Anan."

Su An’an accepted the bowl, her pink fox ears twitching slightly.

As the warm broth slid down her throat, the Divine Pattern on her lower back suddenly flared with a searing pain, and her vision went black.

"I’m going to go rest."

Not wanting to spoil the mood, Su An’an stood up as if nothing was wrong.

She smiled and said her goodbyes to the Beastmen, but the moment she stepped into her hut, her legs gave out, and her body fell backward uncontrollably.

A warm embrace caught her securely.

"You look paler than a rotted leaf."

Seville’s voice was raspy and cold, yet his fingertips gently touched her forehead. Golden Light seeped into her Divine Pattern like flowing water.

"Are you poisoned? Or did you overexert your Divine Pattern?"

"Don’t touch me!"

Su An’an violently shook off his hand, her back hitting the animal-hide curtain.

The sudden movement triggered a piercing, twisting pain in her lower abdomen. She let out a muffled groan as cold sweat soaked her temples.

When she looked down, the sight of a dark red bloodstain spreading across her black combat pants seared itself into her vision.

Seville’s gaze swept over her pale face and her blood-stained pants. His pupils constricted sharply.
