Ling Feng originally intended to follow the man inside the Pyramid, but after a moment of thought, he decided to stay outside.

After all, his Divine Sense could still observe the guy’s movements inside, so Ling Feng thought, why bother following? What if there are traps inside?

It would be better to wait outside. If the man finds the Crystal Skull, Ling Feng could just wait for him to come out!

The man also couldn’t withstand the enormous water pressure, so after entering the Pyramid, he quickly swam through the passage to the bottom layer. There, he rummaged through the silt and pulled out a dark metal box.

Seeing this, Ling Feng got excited, "So there actually is something. Looks like this trip won’t be in vain!"

The man was pulling the box upward, while Ling Feng hid outside the pyramid’s apex, patiently waiting.

A moment later, the man emerged from the apex, but suddenly his hand was empty—the box was snatched away.

Surprised, he turned back, only to see a figure retreating rapidly, not getting a clear look at who it was!

The man panicked and swam quickly to catch up, but unfortunately, his breathing tube wasn’t long enough, and he wasn’t as fast either. He could only watch as Ling Feng’s figure vanished into the pitch-black water!

Feeling helpless, the man had to swim up, his heart full of frustration and anger.

As Ling Feng swam with a mischievous grin, he quickly got hold of the box. Though it was a bit naughty, he couldn’t care less when it came to treasure.

After swimming a distance, the light in the water brightened, and the surroundings became clearer.

With the decreasing water pressure, Ling Feng’s swimming speed increased significantly, so he soon returned to the shore.

Sitting on the rocks with a bored expression, Catherine quickly ran over when she saw him, "How’s it going? Any discoveries?"

"Yes, there is, but don’t rush to see it just yet!"

Ling Feng smiled, turned to look back, and spotted something floating on the water several kilometers away. He wasn’t sure if it was a boat or something else, but it must have been the spot where that man entered the water.

Given the distance, even if the man came out of the water, he looked as tiny as an ant, so there was no need to look anymore. After saying that, Ling Feng pulled Catherine along, preparing to return to the distant mountains.

Once they got there, the man wouldn’t be able to find them.

Catherine didn’t quite understand but didn’t ask further and followed him quickly into the mountain.

In the valley, Ling Feng found a raised place on the rocks, pulled Catherine to sit down, and then took out the box from his bracelet.

"Oh, my God, we finally got something!"

Seeing the box, Catherine’s eyes widened in surprise.

"That’s right, I snatched it from someone else’s hands!"

Ling Feng chuckled and recounted the event to her.

Catherine was speechless after hearing it, then laughed, "That guy finally found it, only to have you snatch it away. He must be fuming!"

"That’s not my concern. After all, this is mine now!"

Ling Feng chuckled, then continued, "It’s strange, though, that man appeared so coincidentally. It doesn’t seem like a coincidence!"

Speaking as he stroked the chilly box.

This box was 60 centimeters long and 40 centimeters wide, made entirely of metal, very heavy. It wasn’t yet confirmed if the Crystal Skull was inside.

Having not discovered how to open the box, Ling Feng simply took out the God Slayer Saber and directly pierced it!

After piercing it, he cut off the top side, revealing the contents inside.

It was indeed a Crystal Skull!

This one was smaller than the one Ling Feng had before, but its shape was somewhat strange, with its back skull much longer than that of a human, exceeding normal human proportions.

Ling Feng wasn’t in a rush to see if the skull contained any peculiar energy. He put it away, then turned to Catherine and said, "Okay, we can head back now!"

Just as he finished speaking, a man’s voice came from behind a nearby rock, "You can’t leave!"

"Hmm?"

Hearing the English accent, Ling Feng didn’t need to activate Divine Sense to see a man in a black wetsuit step out from behind the rock.

When their eyes met, Ling Feng was taken aback!

After removing his breathing mask, Ling Feng could clearly see the man’s familiar face, prompting him to ask puzzledly, "Have I seen you somewhere before?"

"Yes, we met on that mountain in North Africa!" the man said.

Ling Feng suddenly remembered, "Oh, I remember now, you were with Aflek!"

"Indeed!"

The man squinted his eyes with anger written on his face, "Now that you remember, it’s no harm in telling you that I’m from the American Central Intelligence Agency. You just stole my item, and I want it back now!"

"What? I don’t quite understand what you mean!"

Ling Feng chuckled, looking into the man’s eyes, "You said I stole your item? Where is it?"

"Stop pretending. I know you put it away; you can’t deny it. Give it back to me, or the CIA won’t let you off!" the man shouted.

"Won’t let me off, huh?"

Ling Feng sneered, shrugging his shoulders, "What could they do to me? Kill me?"

"We have plenty of ways to make you miserable. If you don’t believe me, you can try it!" the man replied coldly.

"Try, huh, try then!"

Ling Feng looked indifferent, then smiled, "I was just thinking of denying it earlier. Now I don’t mind telling you the item is on me. It’s impossible for you to take it back now!"

"You!"

The man’s face turned red with anger, but knowing he couldn’t match Ling Feng, he could only glare impotently, not daring to make any moves.

Ling Feng simply looked at him, "Don’t be so mad. According to your habits, the strong have the right to possess items. Now that this is in my hands, it’s mine. If you’re not satisfied, feel free to talk to your CIA about it!"

"Let me remind you again, what you’re doing is a serious provocation!" the man shouted loudly.

"Say whatever you like! Can’t be bothered to talk nonsense with you!"

Ling Feng sneered, pulling Catherine’s hand as he turned to leave.

Just then, a whistling sound came from the sky, followed by a swift red figure, and then a few points of light shot straight toward them!

Hugging Catherine around the waist, Ling Feng quickly leaped up, and just as they broke off the ground, an explosion occurred where they had stood!

The shockwave kicked up a lot of rubble and dust, leaving several large craters on the ground!

"Come on, are they playing for real?"

Seeing this scene, Ling Feng frowned, and the God Slayer Saber instantly shot out several beams of blade light toward the figure!

The opponent didn’t dodge, directly taking the hit, and the red armor on him emitted a series of clattering sounds!
