Under Xiao Min'Er's guidance, Qin Xuan stepped through the mountain gates of the Cyan Cloud Sect.

The moment he entered, a wave of Spiritual Qi washed over him, its density far surpassing that of the Blood Demon Sword Sect.

Misty clouds swirled, Immortal Cranes cried out sharply, and pavilions and terraces were nestled amidst lush greenery, presenting the very picture of an Immortal Family's abode.

Xiao Min'Er was exceedingly enthusiastic along the way, walking shoulder to shoulder with Qin Xuan.

"Fellow Daoist Han, you have such an extraordinary air about you. Might I ask where you came to know my Senior Sister Ye? She has a rather cold personality; it's not easy for just anyone to catch her eye."

Xiao Min'Er smiled charmingly, her words probing and indirect.

Qin Xuan gave a faint smile, his response flawless.

"Several years ago, while traveling, I ran into some trouble. It so happened that Ye Fairy was passing by and righteously intervened, which is how I was fortunate enough to meet her. I have always remembered Ye Fairy's noble deed."

"So that's how it was," Xiao Min'Er said, her eyes darting as she tried a new angle.

"In that case, Fellow Daoist Han, are you also familiar with Senior Sister Ye's friend, Miss Qin Xuan'Er?"

"I've heard Miss Qin is exceptionally talented, and she seems to be around the same age as you, Fellow Daoist Han."

Qin Xuan sneered inwardly, feigning ignorance.

This only made her more certain that Han Mo's relationship with that Qin Xuan'Er was anything but simple; he just wasn't admitting it.

Along the way, they encountered many disciples of the Cyan Cloud Sect.

Upon seeing Xiao Min'Er, those Cultivators at the Foundation Establishment or even early Purple Mansion stages would all stop in their tracks, step to the side of the path, and bow respectfully.

"Greetings, Yunjiang Fairy!"

And when their gazes fell upon Qin Xuan walking alongside Xiao Min'Er, though they didn't recognize him, they saw that anyone who could walk with Yunjiang Fairy must also have an extraordinary bearing.

So they bowed to Qin Xuan as well:

"Greetings, Senior Brother!"

Seeing Xiao Min'Er and Qin Xuan from a distance, their expressions instantly tensed. They didn't just bow; they stopped dead, lowered their heads, and bent at the waist in an almost exaggerated ninety-degree bow, saying respectfully:

"This disciple pays respects to Yunjiang Fairy and to the Upper Cultivation Zhenren!"

One of them was even trembling slightly from nervousness.

Seeing this, Qin Xuan's lips twitched, and he didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

'This courtesy... isn't it a bit much?'

Xiao Min'Er, however, seemed long accustomed to it. She waved her hand dismissively, signaling for them to rise.

After the few Foundation Establishment disciples scurried away as if granted amnesty, she noticed Qin Xuan's strange expression. She giggled and explained in a matter-of-fact tone.

"There's no need to be surprised, Fellow Daoist Han. These are the Sect rules. Rank and status must be respected. If those disciples in the Qi Cultivation Stage see us on the road from a distance, they must immediately move to the side, bow their heads, and are not even permitted to look up at us directly."
