Chapter 613 : Patchouli♂GO
“What the heck is this!?”
Ling Ning stared at the contents of the USB drive. Truly deserving of the “TOP SECRET” label, it contained an assortment of materials—all yuri-themed. To say it was fantastic would be an understatement.
Browsing casually, Ling Ning quickly noticed that while everything was indeed yuri, the focus was oddly specific. The stories revolved entirely around submissive characters. Curious, she downloaded one of the files to take a closer look. To her surprise, the protagonist was a quintessential “total submissive.”
Yet, the excitement she felt while watching confused her. Was she... really not a submissive?
Despite her denial, Ling Ning found herself thoroughly engrossed. So much so that she didn’t even notice when her daughter entered the room.
The sudden presence of her daughter jolted Ling Ning, and though she quickly closed the video, she suspected her daughter had already seen more than she should have.
Clearing her throat, Ling Ning asked, “Ye Ye, what brings you here so suddenly?”
“I needed some advice on a plot point for my novel, Mom,” Ling Ye replied with an innocent expression. “Were you watching wrestling again?”
“Yes, wrestling! That’s right. Now, what’s your question?” Ling Ning said hastily, attempting to shift the conversation.
Ling Ye tilted her head, a mischievous smile playing on her lips. “Hmm, I seem to have forgotten. Maybe if I watch the wrestling video with you, it’ll come back to me?”
“No! Absolutely not!”
The thought of watching such material with her daughter was unthinkable, so Ling Ning flatly refused.
“Why not? Wrestling videos aren’t inappropriate, right? I should be allowed to watch too!”
“This wrestling is... too violent. It’s not suitable for you, Ye Ye. How about I watch a horror movie with you instead? I’ve got some really great ones lined up~”
“No way! I want to watch wrestling!”
Faced with her daughter’s stubbornness, Ling Ning sighed in defeat. With no other choice, she pulled up a genuine wrestling video and reluctantly sat down to watch it with her daughter.
Just moments ago, she had been at a climactic moment in her video. How did things end up like this?
Watching her Mom’s resigned expression, Ling Ye chuckled softly. Her Mom was simply too adorable.
Thankfully, after only a short while, Ling Ye remembered the question she had intended to ask. Once it was answered, she returned to her room, leaving Ling Ning to resume her exploration of the USB’s contents.
Time flew by. When Ling Ning glanced at the clock in the bottom right corner of her screen, she was shocked to see it was already past midnight. She had become so absorbed in her “studies” that hours had passed unnoticed.
Realizing she had an exam the next day, Ling Ning felt a pang of regret. But seeing how little of the material she had left, she decided to power through and finish. After all, there was only an hour’s worth of content left.

“Gone. It’s gone. Still gone!”
Wei Suozhai rummaged frantically through his room. Unlike practitioners from cultivation sects, he adhered to a more mundane schedule and would normally have been asleep by now. But tonight, something was amiss.
He had been about to settle in for the night when he decided to revisit his prized “study materials” for some “academic review.” However, to his horror, his “TOP SECRET” USB drive was missing.
He distinctly remembered keeping it in his drawer. Aside from a single exchange with Fei Zhouwen, the USB hadn’t left that spot. Wait—could it be?
Suddenly, the memory hit him. He had taken the USB out during the trade with Fei Zhouwen but had forgotten to put it back. That meant his precious “study materials” might still be in the pocket of the coat he wore that day.
Rushing to his wardrobe, Wei Suozhai rummaged through his clothes until he found the coat. Checking every pocket, he eventually pulled out a USB drive. But to his dismay, it wasn’t the one he was looking for—it was the one Fei Zhouwen had given him.
This drive, according to Fei Zhouwen, was the key to a “new world.”
But where was his own USB drive? Its contents were precious: an unparalleled collection of submissive-themed yuri materials. If it had fallen into the wrong hands, the consequences could be catastrophic.
In a fit of despair, Wei Suozhai flopped onto his bed like a defeated fish, staring blankly at the ceiling.
How had it come to this? He had seven USB drives in total, yet all were now lost. Why hadn’t he installed tracking devices on them? Then again, even with trackers, retrieving them was hardly guaranteed.
What? You’re wondering why there were eight drives if there were seven? It’s the same reason why the Four Heavenly Kings often number five.
Just then, a shrill voice broke through his thoughts. “Hey, you idiot brother! Do you know what time it is? Stop messing around and go to bed already!”
“I-I got it!”
Sighing heavily, Wei Suozhai began tidying up his chaotic room.
Once everything was back in order, he planned to sleep. But then he remembered the USB drive in his hand—the one Fei Zhouwen had given him.
Curiosity got the better of him. What sort of “new world” could it possibly open?
After a moment of hesitation, Wei Suozhai powered up his computer and inserted the drive.
The folder names were bizarre: “Patchouli♂GO,” “Obedient♂Stand,” “Forest♂Fairy,” and so on. Each folder featured a peculiar “♂” symbol.
A sense of foreboding washed over Wei Suozhai. But he had come this far—how could he not at least take a peek?
Taking a deep breath, Wei Suozhai opened the first folder, titled “Patchouli♂GO.”
