"She’s a threat, but she’s different. There’s a reason why High God takes interest in her but he is keeping us in the dark intentionally," Diablo stated coldly.

"But those people who came to attack our world then mysteriously vanish. That woman could easily capture us. It fills me with nothing but fear. Who was that woman? Why did she come to their planet?" Mavia asked clutching her arms her lips trembling

"Well, from what we gathered from people who met them, they said they wanted to take over their world or something and use it as their new world. So they created monsters to attack people. Those monsters are still being dealt with unfortunately," Azarath stated shaking her head.

"They breed very fast and are very troublesome to deal with. New occupants have come to our planet, and we had to deal with the merging of the new gods’ domain. And we will soon have a joint summit with gods of those worlds. And we’ve planned this, but like we don’t know a specific day to choose," Rako stated pursing her lips.

"I feel like we should choose in a week to meet with these said gods and plan everything. So far, the instructions we’ve given, the Sacreds, they are performing their duties properly, making sure to rescue people in danger. Cause at now, the best thing to do is increase our human numbers after all. The higher god said this was not the calamity of monster floods he was talking about. This is just an unexpected event. So it is better we have more number of humans to deal with the monster calamity that will soon come," Karo stated calmly.

"Understood!" They all stated in unison.

"And Paige you should try and convince your Saintess to join your side. She will be a very important asset to you," Azarath stated staring at Paige who’s face immediately turned to a cold glare hearing the mention of her Saintess.

"That brat," Paige scoffed crossing her arms.

"Paige, don’t let your arrogance make you lose this good opportunity," Karo adviced

"Fine, fine." Paige stated with a huff before getting up and walking away.

"That stupid brat, always doing stupid things. And even now she has grown more beautiful," Paige said, picking up the mirror and looking at her face.

"How dare a mere human look more beautiful than a mere goddess of beauty," Paige muttered her fingers digging into her face causing it to bleed as it quickly healed. She definitely hasn’t forgetten how Aurianna managed to attack her during the time she chose her as a Saintess. "It’s not fair, it’s not fair." Paige stated, clenching her teeth before biting her nails. "I can’t act now. But one day I will get an opportunity. For now, I better focus on my domain."

In the Sandeph palace

King Girsal was sitting in his office. Numerous of people were coming in and out, holding papers which were recently looked through by him, others he recently wrote and new ones coming in. He was sitting in the office with his wife. People were coming in and out, holding papers, delivering them to him. And Girsal’s face became a frown more and more as he read the papers very fast.

"Why did this have to happen? Just when the kingdom, just when the country was stabilized," he sighed heavily before He frowned deeply. Monster floods have been appearing every since two months ago and it took their entire military power to defend their borders and surrounding towns and cities. Plenty of people in his country have been dying and pleading for aud but there was only much the royal family and nobles could do. Daily Reports have been sent about natural disasters happening. This was hell to deal with.

"Husband, do not worry. We will deal through this," Yesphine stated dully as she patted his head. She too was seated beside him helping him with the paper work. The other wives were dispatched to handle matters throughout the country.

"And how do you suggest we deal through this?" Girsal asked with an irritated tone.

"We just need to focus on sending high humans and other humans to go and handle these disasters. As well as mercenaries and adventurers," Yesphine stated

"But the thing is that the monsters are overwhelming. If we had Aurianna here, it should have been easy to deal with," Girsal stated. No matter how much he hated her she would have certainly been able to resolve this predicament.

"However, according to the Mystical Academy rules, they are not allowed to contact their families," Yesphine shook her head. "And knowing that child I doubt she’d be willing to help. She has even angered the goddess of beauty so associating with her isn’t the right choice."

"Cough, cough," Girsal heaved heavily blood flowing down his lips.

"Husband, are you alright?" Yesphine asked worriedly her hand on his back and she took a handkerchief and wiped his lips.

"Yes, I am fine. I just need to take my medicine. And dealing with this rebel demon army has been a pain. They keep coming, every time we send knights to handle them, they are get jilled; however, they raid slave houses outside of the capital, freeing the slaves and killing our business partners. This is ridiculous. They must be dealt with immediately, so that they do not continue to grow," Girsal stated, gripping his palms. Slave trade was certainly not needed for the Sandeph economy but Girsal has an extreme prejudice against demi humans and personally doesn’t see them having the same rights and humans.

In his eyes human are above and demi humans were made to serve them. Even though he was a child of a demi human mecha he has tried to get rid of his mecha side by drinking Kielbasa the Sacred of beauty’s blood to heal his body. High healing magic was unfortunately not enough to heal a mecha. Mechas had special ways they healed their bodies afterall. Their bodies were constructed from incomplete humans and merged with mechanical parts so they need constant repairs to keep themselves alive. That’s why he had to rely on Kielbasa’s blood to heal himself it works however ever since Aurianna angered Paige he hasn’t heard from him which made him feel frustrated.

"I believe I may have a solution, husband. Why don’t you make use of the World convergence people?" Yesphine suggested. The world convergence people were those whose worlds was merged with their world and had now become displaced.

"I’ve not heard anything remarkable about them. And due to their displacement, taking them in as refugees has been a pain. Even their foreign ministers have been trying to speak and have audiences with me ever since some of their cities have appeared on our country’s lands. I think Cecilia has been the one who’s been handling them."

"Yes. But do you know the interesting thing I found?" Yesphine asked a smile tugging in her lips.

"Let it out already," King Girsal said, looking at her.

"Well, I heard some of those people whose world was merged with ours from what Cecilia has told us, some of them are from the planet Earth, where the heroes used to come from, meaning there’s a high possibility these people might have abilities matching those of the former heroes. You know it?"

"Wait, what does this mean?" Girsal asked raising his eyebrow.

"Husband, you know our first hero summoning was abolished, no one was to summon a hero. But this time, due to strange events, we didn’t summon any heroes. However, heroes were still summoned. Their world was merged with ours, and now they’ve appeared on our planet, seemingly as displaced refugees. So why don’t we rescue these poor souls, and in return, they join our military? If they’re trained to be like the former heroes from the history books, they might be beneficial to us, and conquering other countries might become much easier." She said her hand tracing along Girsal’s arm.

"Well done, Yesphine," Girsal said, before smiling, then kissing her on the lips.

Yesphine blushed, grinning happily. "Anything for you, husband."
