The riot at Impel Down... was it an isolated incident? Or was it a calculated move in Whitebeard's grand strategy, designed to draw Marine forces away from Headquarters?

"Need a hand, Fleet Admiral??"

Jin strolled into the office, his tone casual. "It seems Blackbeard has taken a detour to Impel Down. That's going to be a problem."

"If he manages to unleash the worst scum the world has ever seen," Jin continued, "it poses a direct threat to my kingdom as well."

Sengoku frowned, shooting Jin a measured look. "Chief Warden Magellan will handle it," he replied dismissively.

Jin smiled faintly. "I have a piece of intelligence for you. Do you happen to know Marshall D. Teach's true name?"

True name?

Sengoku paused, his interest piqued.

"Rocks D. Teach," Jin stated plainly. "Or, to be more precise... Davy D. Teach!"

Sengoku's eyes widened in genuine shock. He stared hard at Jin.

"Ringing any bells?" Jin asked, the smile never leaving his face. "That's right. Exactly what you're thinking... Rocks! Teach is the spawn of Rocks D. Xebec!"

"Now, do you really think a riot at Impel Down with him involved is just an 'ordinary' prison break?"

"Teach's objective is to release every last one of those apex predators and plunge the entire world into absolute chaos."

Sengoku's face darkened considerably. "And what exactly is your objective?"

"I already told you," Jin said with a light chuckle. "I don't want those monsters out of their cages, threatening the peace of Paradise. On this matter, our goals are perfectly aligned."

Sengoku considered it for a moment. Finally, he nodded, granting Jin authorization to deploy to Impel Down and assist in quelling the riot.

Once Jin had left, Sengoku immediately relayed the staggering intelligence to the Five Elders.

"What? Blackbeard is the son of Rocks?"

The Five Elders were visibly shaken.

The atrocities Rocks had committed were so legendary, so horrifying, that even now, decades later, the mere mention of his name sent a shiver down their spines.

Rocks... His full name was Rocks D. Xebec.

The captain of the Rocks Pirates, and a bearer of the Will of D.

His true lineage traced back to Davy D. Jones.

Years ago, during the Levely, Rocks had blatantly assassinated a Marine Admiral. In his subsequent flight, he had somehow breached the Room of Flowers, engaging in a brief standoff with Imu themselves. He had then managed to escape the Holy Land, hijack a Marine warship, and obliterate the Gates of Justice...

His combat record was nothing short of monstrous.

It had taken the World Government an immense amount of time and meticulous planning to finally corner him at God Valley. The revelation that his bloodline had survived was deeply unsettling.

"And Jin has gone to Impel Down as well?"

"Yes," Sengoku confirmed. "His stance on these pirates aligns perfectly with the Marines'."

"I believe he genuinely wants to ensure those prisoners never see the light of day. That is why I authorized his deployment."

"Furthermore," Sengoku added, "keeping a wildcard like him stationed here at Marineford is far more dangerous than sending him away."

The Five Elders exchanged a knowing look.

He wasn't wrong. Jin was a massive destabilizing factor. Who knew what he might do if left unchecked during the Summit War?

"We understand."

"Focus on your primary objective."

The Five Elders cut the connection.

The implication was clear: Sengoku was to concentrate entirely on the execution of Ace. The Five Elders would handle any other complications.

From Level 1 down to Level 6...

Every single prisoner was rioting!

"Snow! Hahaha! It's snow!"

"Gods above, how many years has it been since I last saw snow??"

"It's freezing! So damn cold!"

"To hell with Level 5! Let's get the fuck out of here!"

A tidal wave of prisoners surged up the staircase from Level 6, spilling into Level 5.

After enduring the eternal, suffocating darkness of the abyss, the sudden transition to a blinding, sub-zero wasteland was a shock to the system.

It was exhilarating.

One prisoner, a native of a winter island, actually stripped naked and began rolling joyously in the snowbanks. Conversely, inmates from summer islands were shivering violently, cursing the biting cold.

They were all desperate to escape.

With their combined strength, if they could just breach the surface and hijack a ship, the world would be theirs for the taking.

Level 5. The Freezing Hell.

This level was reserved exclusively for pirates with bounties exceeding one hundred million Berries.

But right now? The cages were empty. Aside from a scattering of frozen corpses, there wasn't a single living soul left behind bars.

The inmates here had already been liberated and swept up by Luffy and Ivankov's vanguard.

It was here that Luffy had engaged Magellan, taking heavy damage before being rescued by the timely arrival of Ivankov's forces.

The escapees from Level 6 eagerly scavenged the weapons and winter coats left behind by the fallen guards from Luffy's earlier skirmishes.

And bringing up the rear of this massive horde were the true monsters: Douglas Bullet, Patrick Redfield, Byrnndi World...

Level 5 was effectively deserted.

The only resistance they encountered was a pack of ravenous Wolf Units. But against the combined might of Level 6's worst, it was a slaughter. Bullet and the other legends didn't even have to lift a finger; the lesser inmates tore the wolves apart with ease.

They surged upward into Level 4: The Blazing Hell.

The corridors were a ruin of shattered stone, scorched by venom and deeply scarred by frantic sword strikes.

From the far end of the passageway, the sounds of a titanic clash echoed.

BOOM! CRASH!

"Zehahahaha! Step aside, Magellan! We're leaving!" Blackbeard's arrogant laughter boomed.

Magellan's voice roared back, vibrating with absolute, venomous fury: "As long as I draw breath, none of you will ever see the sun again!"
