He crashed through building after building, crashing into a massive stone pillar, knocking it over before finally coming to a stop.

"Cough, cough—"

Cracks appeared on Ōtsutsuki Toneri's green chakra coat, shattering and disappearing. He clutched his chest, where he had been struck, and coughed in pain.

Swish—

Uchiha Fugaku darted through the hole, chasing after Ōtsutsuki Toneri.

"Repulsive force—"

Ōtsutsuki Toneri quickly raised his hands, and as they glowed green, an invisible repulsive force like a cascading waterfall assaulted Uchiha Fugaku.

Like the Rinnegan, the Samsara Eye possessed the ability to control both repulsive and attractive forces.

Puff—

The repulsive force struck him, sending him sliding backward.

Uchiha Fugaku thrust his fist forward, his fist like a sharp knife, splitting the repulsive force in half.

Crackling—

The split repulsive force passed through Uchiha Fugaku on either side, spreading forward, instantly crumbling numerous buildings into ruins.

Uchiha Fugaku, however, had already quickly approached Ōtsutsuki Toneri and kicked him.

A wall of green chakra blocked Uchiha Fugaku's kick towards Ōtsutsuki Toneri, but it shattered beneath his feet. Uchiha Fugaku continued his kick, striking Ōtsutsuki Toneri.

With a spurt of blood, Ōtsutsuki Toneri flew backward, crashing into the wall behind him and causing it to collapse.

The remaining power after shattering the green chakra wall was weak; otherwise, the kick would have been enough to kill Ōtsutsuki.

Even so, Ōtsutsuki Toneri was seriously injured.

Facing Uchiha Fugaku's Super Shadow-level Corpse Vein Jutsu, he was completely at a disadvantage.

However, just as Uchiha Fugaku tried to circumvent the massive rock sculpture to confront Toneri Ōtsutsuki, who was standing behind it,

the shattered arm and head of the massive rock sculpture repaired themselves, and the massive rock sculpture struck Uchiha Fugaku with another fist.

"If Toneri Ōtsutsuki doesn't die, will he be able to recover so quickly?"

A sense of security washed over him, and he breathed a sigh of relief. He turned to Uchiha Fugaku, who was pursuing him.

"Descendant of the Six Paths Sage, I admit you are formidable, but you cannot break this barrier and harm me."

The barrier, spontaneously generated by the power of the giant Samsara Eye, was incredibly strong, difficult to break even with the might of the Six Paths.

Only those, like him, who possessed Ōtsutsuki Hamura's Byakugan bloodline, could penetrate it.

"Is that so?"

Uchiha Fugaku smiled softly beneath his bone armor as he approached the yellow barrier and passed through it.

"You, how is it possible?"

Ōtsutsuki Toneri pointed at Uchiha Fugaku in astonishment. He could actually pass through the yellow barrier like him.

"Why not?"

The white bones covering Uchiha Fugaku's eyes shrank around them, revealing his eyes.

They were a pair of bluish-white, the blood of his Byakugan.

Having forged and acquired the Hyuga clan's Kekkei Genkai, he naturally possessed Ōtsutsuki Hamura's Byakugan bloodline, and thus could pass through the barrier.

"You, how could you... possess Byakugan?"

Although he lacked eyes, Ōtsutsuki Toneri could see through secret techniques.

He practically stuttered with astonishment, his heart awash with shock.

This descendant of the Six Paths Sage actually possessed the Byakugan bloodline.
