Lord of the Myriad Worlds

"Thomas, are you sure?"

Li Yue couldn't help but speak up at this time. As a Commander, a Chiliarch, it wasn't enough to just have high defense.

"Sister-in-law, I'm very sure! The brothers respect you, and I respect you too, but even though you are made of iron, you can't take care of the entire army's safety. This Heavy Armored Infantry should have been separated long ago."

Thomas, with a wooden face, nodded at Li Yue. This made Li Yue a bit taken aback. Damn, even you, a stone golem, can flatter people! Not to mention, her mood was indeed very good.

At this time, Thomas turned around and said to Li Wei: "Boss Li, forgive my sluggishness. It wasn't until today that I figured out where we lost in the previous Battle of Dawn. That wasn't a great victory; it was only a tragic victory, an incomparably battered tragic victory. Boss Li, you have to bear half the responsibility for this, while the other half of the responsibility doesn't lie with other people, but with the massive loopholes in our Legion's organization and structure."

"I won't talk about the part of the responsibility that you, Boss Li, need to bear. I'll just mention one point. I'll ask all the Heavy Infantry brothers present: if at that time, the order given to you by Chiliarch Li Yue was 'Everyone charge with me,' would you still have hesitated?"

Hearing this, the Heavy Armored Infantry present were stunned for a moment, and then they shook their heads in unison. Of course they were afraid of death, but if Li Yue led them to charge forward, there definitely wouldn't have been a single coward!

But Li Yue's order at that time was for the Infantry to provide cover and the Cavalry to charge. Based on the long-accumulated contradiction between the Infantry and Cavalry of the Blazing Legion, many people hesitated. Or in other words, on what basis?

Because the Cavalry were the biological sons, and the Infantry were raised by a stepmother. It was that simple.
