Chapter 470: Detour, Leap, and Blind Spot
"David and Fred were too weak. Where did Jiang Xinran find these Pig Teammates!"
Li Wei complained inwardly, but he could also basically confirm that the strength of these two Elite Squads was insufficient, and their confidence was even more lacking.
If there was suitable terrain and suitable timing, it wasn't impossible to fight them.
This thought flashed through Li Wei's mind rapidly, but he quickly extinguished it. The most urgent task right now was to jump out of the encirclement. He indeed had the confidence to wipe out one Corrupt Minister Faction, or even a Rebel General Faction next, and with good operation, he could even achieve three consecutive victories.
But then what? He would be exposed, and his soldier attrition would be even more severe. Soldier attrition was one thing—they could resurrect and fight again—but if the Warhorses died, they really died. If the Cavalry turned into Infantry, what would he have left?
"Everyone listen to my orders: dismount, store the Warhorses in the Pet Cards, and change all your Plate Armor into Light Armor or Training Cloth Armor to reduce unnecessary encumbrance. From this moment on, everyone maintain Silence and put away all Hunting Pets. Li Yue, you cover the rear."
Thinking of this, Li Wei directly issued the order. This time, no one questioned him. They truly achieved Strict Discipline and traveled light.
Then, Li Wei took out a portion of 3-Star Life Potion, directly sprinkled it on the ground, and fiddled around back and forth, playing with mud for quite a while before leading the entire army straight into a Mountain Forest.
No one noticed, and no one cared about this small action of his. But no one knew that half an hour after Li Wei and the others left, the vegetation in this area actually became extremely vigorous, growing rapidly and directly erasing the traces left by Li Wei and his group to the greatest extent possible.
