Chapter 3905 - Cosmic-goddess Maiden
Given that Yin Chen's efficiency was greatly reduced, Tianming wanted to see if the alliance could bring new opportunities or information about Lingfeng to him. The maniverse-class disciples from the Eightpart Pantheons in the Ancient Flameyellow Ruins wouldn't bother talking to him anyway, so all Tianming had to choose from were those from orbiter worlds.
Among the many factions, the Saturatia Orbiter Alliance was a rather decent choice, and Tianming didn't want to make enemies everywhere he went. However, the Eightpart Pantheons were the enemies of the flameyellow divinities, so he didn't have many options for allies. Now that an opportunity had presented itself, he would go to them in good faith.
After all, his power base was thin, and it would be hard to reach the other flameyellow descendants in the Upper Star Ruin, not to mention the difficulty in overcoming the heavenly shackles. He made sure to ask more about the alliance before Yuan Long arrived.
"So there are five leaders in the alliance, all of whom are cosmic gods?" This was a decent showing. In the fortuna-class worlds of the Eightpart Pantheons, few if any had the bloodline and enough talent to become cosmic gods before the age of five hundred. Those five were the only ones to hail from Saturatia-49's orbiters. Needless to say, they were far more talented than anyone in the Lower Star Ruins.
"Even though we are fellow folks from orbiter worlds, some of our leaders are also close to wonderians, so they receive better treatment," Qin Feng proudly said. He was one of those people, after all. At the end of the day, the alliance was a convenient tool for the wonderians to run errands. "Naturally, our alliance also fights for orbiter rights. Though, you know how the wonderians are with their domineering attitude. So, we often have no choice but to compromise."
"Alright." Tianming didn't intend to get to know them too deeply anyway. It just couldn't hurt to meet up and have Bai Ye stalk them for an additional source of information. As for Yin Chen, it still didn't relent despite all of Tianming's efforts to get it to work. It did feel stifling without it.
Not long after, a few people approached them. Tianming asked Qin Feng in a whisper, "They don't have tracking rings, right?"
"Now that's a joke if I've heard one. Those of us with no significant backing won't wear one. Even if we do, it'd be useless. Chances are, those that would kill us are from the Eightpart Pantheons. Do you think our parents would make a fuss over that?" Qin Feng said jovially. The fact that someone like him could even enter the place was already a huge deal.
Tianming soon saw the young cosmic goddess. The girl was dressed in a dim, blue battle armor and had long, light-blue hair. She shone with an astral sheen, a sign that her astrons had fully turned into middlekin astrons. Though that made her more powerful, it didn't take away from her beauty at all. The astral lustre on her skin even gave her a measure of seductiveness.
However, Tianming felt like she was a completely different entity, which, though beautiful, didn't elicit any feelings from him. Perhaps he would only appreciate the allure of the starlight once he became a cosmic god himself.
