Announcement: Book 2 is Live on Amazon and Audible
It's that time again, where I put on the hat and shill my work. I'm sure you've all read book 2 already, what with us being halfway through book 3 at this point. HOWEVER, I am still financially obligated to tell you that it's officially available, edited and everything, on Amazon KU and Audible as of today. Even if you're not looking to reread it, I still recommend clicking the link just so you can see the new cover!
So, some fun stats for book 2 since I need to fluff the word count on this post:
* I started writing chapter 1 on Dec 2, 2025, and I finished chapter 104 on Mar 12, 2026. That is exactly 100 days of work (and that is entirely a coincidence, not something I planned).
* The final edited manuscript is 217,138 words long, which works out to be 868 pages according to the Amazon listing and has a run time of 20 hours and 25 minutes.

* Despite book 1 being longer (219,549 words), Amazon assigned book 2 a higher KENPC (Kindle Edition Normalized Page Count) value and for some reason thinks book 1 is 664 pages long. I have no idea how Amazon comes up with these absurd and grossly incorrect page counts.
* The recap for book 2 (which will appear at the beginning of book 3 when it comes out in January of next year) is 2508 words long, and my editor hates that I am incapable of writing shorter recaps. We have a difference of philosophy in the point of their existence.
