"So it would seem." – replied a giant floating black bone skeleton like monster with 6 arms and 3 heads.

(Okay…. I wasn't expecting this.) – thought bit nervous Doom.

(Mug? I'm fighting a motherfucking Mug of all the people!?)

(I would had been fine with any other monster out there, but him!?)

(He is like a bloody boss fight!)

(As of right now, Mug is known as one of the strongest players out there.)

(He fought strong basters here and there.)

(He even took the demon lord of red fangs… A raid boss that wiped out several guilds, by just himself and his guild.)

(Why the hell am I dealing with the final boss of this tournament now!?)

(I can take on fucking mages that can wipe our armies with single attack.)

(Or I can take on bastards that can somehow dodge all attacks that came their way like some sort of main protagonist.)

(Mug's main weapons are trident and fishing rod.)

(Out of the two, the fishing rod is the biggest danger.)

(He can manipulate my position quiet easily if it manages to get a hold of me.)

(Not only that, he also posses shit tons of powerful water-based attacks.)

(Ranging from AOEs to nukes.)

(My race, [Lich Of The End] has special trait.)

(And that is multicasting.)

(I can cast 3 spells at the same time.)

(I could cast [Teleportation Gate] to create a lot of distance.)

(Combine it with AOE [Corpse Tide] to stop him in tracks.)

(And [Curse Of Hundred Grudges] to apply short term heavy debuffs on him.)

(That should keep him in place for a moment.)

(I did not showed my passive multi casting ability and only showed one from [Arcane Mage]'s build multicasting skills.)

(I should be able to catch him off guard.)

(Even if he doesn't hit me with the fishhook, he is still incredible fast.)

(If I don't plan this right, he will instantly get close to me and start bashing me with that trident of his.)

"Hey? Are you ready? You know the timer is ticking, right?" – asked Mug, breaking Doom's silence.

Right as the system message popped up, both sides instantly started making their preparations.

Mug instantly turned into his atlantian form and started buffing himself, while Doom started summoning his army of undeads, instantly filling up the entire space between himself and sea person.

In the instance the barrier wall between two combatants disappeared, the army of undeads and Mug quickly ran at each.

"[Greater Tsunami]." – the one who made their move first was Mug, who fired off a giant tsunami wave that crashed right on top of undeads at front, instantly washing them away and giving some room Mug.

However, right as Mug washed away one wave of undeads, another one came, this time consisting only of a giant flesh abomination made out of countless stitched human corpses.

One of the giant tried crushing the sea man…. But right as it tried to.

"[Trident Art: Fisherman Hunt]." – the man thrusted his trident forward, hitting the creature right in its stomach and straight up unleashing a blast of pure physical power that straight up left a hole right through the giant's entire body and even destroyed several undeads behind it.

"[Corpse Tide]!" – but right after, a wave of melted corpse manifested right above the undeads and then crushed down on the fisherman, which instantly sent the man flying.

"!"

(How the hell did he made so much distance?) – thought Mug as he realized Doom was already high in the air.

[You have been afflicted with [Curse Of Hundred Grudges]. All of your stats decreased.]

"!"

Mug instantly realized that his movement became way heavier and duller, causing him to then get instantly surrounded by the countless waves of undeads.

Without even trying to give the man the moment, Doom instantly began prepared and fired off [Cursed Object: Lance] and [Death Loving Blade], firing two blades that were brimming with curses and death energy.

"…"

"[Tidal Rage]."

"[Fishing Hunt: Whale]."

But right as the horde of undeads at two deadly attacks were about to reach Mug…. A tidal wave of water alongside a giant whale water construct emerged, sending flying and crushing anything that came his way.

"[Necro Nova]!" – however! Doom realized that Mug wouldn't go down so easily, so he was preparing to cast his [Necro Nova], creating a giant magic circle that then burst out a column of necrotic energy that devoured everything in the area.

"…"

"[Might Of Sea: Leviathan]."

And like one column risen, a second manifested from within, causing a massive explosions that completely devastated the whole area.

"!?"

"THE FUCK!?" – shouted shocked Doom as the chunks of the ground were flying everywhere alongside the remains of undeads

The rampaging necrotic energy and rain of water fell everywhere…. As in the middle of that destruction, a lone man stood.

"Damn! I wasn't expecting THAT!" – said Mug who barely took any damage from the attack, which instantly filled Doom with a feeling of 'DREAD'.

"…"

(What was that?) – thought terrified Doom.

(I know I didn't boosted up the [Necro Nova] with buffs and everything, but it was still one of the strongest utlimates I had!)

(I saw water… Then eyes… And then it blew up!)

(He countered [Necro Nova] with attack that had a same power level as it?)

(And he did it instantly!?)

(But that doesn't make sense! He should had been also cursed! His attack power should had dropped!)

(He got rid of the curse and the [Necro Nova] in one swoop?!)

(I'M A MAGE!)

(HE IS MAGIC WARRIOR!)

(THE DIFFERENCE IN MAGICAL POWER BASED ATTACKS SHOULD BE NOWHERE NEAR THE SAME!) – thought Doom as he started unleashing a rain bone lances and arrows, instantly covering up the entire sky.

"Well then." – said Mug before then instantly using [Water Fall Path] and [Tidal Sea Path], instantly boosting his speed to the point where the rain of projectiles couldn't keep up with him.

Mug once again ran into the undeads that tried stopping him in the place…. But-

"[Sea Trident: Saw Shark]."

"[Fishing Hunt: Shark]."

Mug didn't cared.

He created a shark made out of water that devoured the undeads while his trident tore apart any form of "wall" that stood in his place.

"[Curse Of Weeping Elves]! [Curse Of Defeated Dwarves]! [Curse Of Prideless Humans]!" - Doom didn't gave up as he began firing off a cursed projectiles in form of arrows, hammers and hands towards the atlantian.

"[Fishing Hunt: Blowfish]!" – Mug tried dodging many of the attacks, but unfortunately for him, the cursed hands chased after him even after being dodged, forcing the man to deploy his attack skill, launching a fishhook that manifested a blowfish, which instantly inflated and blew up.

"!?" – but the hands completely ignored the explosions as they then ram right into the Mug's body.

[You have been cursed.]

[You will take additional damage from any source and type of damage.]

"Tch!"

(They ignore attacks!?) – thought Mug as he threw his fishhook in the direction of the flying lich, unleashing [Fishing Hunt: Piranha], causing his hook to take a form of a fish that chased after the lich.

"[Greater Blink]." – however, not taking any chances, lich instantly teleported away, not even trying to defend himself, just running away.

(That fishhook is the most dangerous thing here! I can't let it get near me no matter what!)

"[Fishing Hunt: Mantha]!" - however, right after the lich teleported away, Mug fired off another skill of his own, this time transforming his fishing hook from a piranha, to the sea mantha.

"?!"

(Wait! What is this?!) – Doom instantly realized that he never saw Mug using this skill, which ended up filling the man with pure dread as he got ready to attack…. And it was a right decision.

A surge of water covered the entire long fishing rod line, before moments later the manifested sea creature expanded and exploded, revealing Mug in its place.

"!"

(Teleportation skill!?) – thought panicking Doom as he fired off a barrage of cursed blades, ghosts and flying skulls at the man.

"[Sea Trident: Ship Wrecker]!" – but in response to that, Mug swung around his trident, unleashing a giant wave of water that straight up destroyed everything that was sent his way.

However, it wasn't the end.

Doom casted [Arcane Tongue: Triple Casting], increasing his casting from 3 to 5, allowing him to use 5 spells at the same time.

"[Necro Storm]! [March Of Cursed King]!" – a storm of necrotic energy and storm of cursed souls were unleashed.

"…"

"Ah…. Crap." – and this time, Mug didn't had the answer to counter the attack as the two massive storms ram into the man, straight up taking him alongside them right towards the ground.

As they all landed, a giant sphere of explosion was unleashed, which melted and ravaged the entire area.

"…"

"…"

"Oh, you got to be fucking kidding me." – said Doom as he stared at the land that was completely robbed out of life.

"HOW?!"

"HOW THE FUCK ARE YOU ALIVE?!" – shouted Doom as he stared at the Mug, still standing on his two feet.

"…"

"Heh…."

"Wouldn't you like to know?" – said smiling Mug.

"…"
