[VRMMO] Dead One

[2 days later.]

"Okay. This should do it, right?" – asked Blueberry as she stood right in front of a giant golden ring, which was surrounded by multiple different golden rings.

"Yes. This is indeed the correct ritual." – said the dragon princess as she and her two body guards were present on the ritual site.

(Honestly, I was thinking that it would take them much longer to forge the ritual grounds…. But this?) – thought alarmed yet excited princess.

(She created it perfectly with barely any problems!)

(From what I've heard, the empress Blueberry who is mate of emperor ClownFrog, is recognized as one of the best craftsman amongst the adventurers.)

(And her skills speak for herself!)

"Aworia." – said ClownFrog as he stood beside the princess.

"With this all the preparations are over?"

"Yes your majesty." – said Aworia.

"Once the ritual begins, the vessel over there will contain all the materials gathered as well as the energies, giving birth to the ritual potion.

"I see…. You heard that Blueberry?" – asked ClownFrog.

"Yea! I can start at any moment!" – replied Blueberry.

"Good. Then let's do it." – said ClownFrog as she took the princess and her body guards away from the ritual site.

"…"

"Okay…. Let's do it." – said Blueberry as she put her hands on two stone pedestals where two stone tables were located.

Right as Blueberry put her hands down, the stone tables unleashed bright burst of golden light, before moments later a vein like energy burst out from them, traversed the earthly pedestals surface, before then the ground and then connecting to each of the golden rings.

The rings of golden began spinning and creating light, which caused the materials each of the golden rings to start being lifted into the air and then just dismantle as they all flew right into the giant glass jar in the middle main golden ring.

Mana and materials flew together into the giant jar while missing together, transforming and roaring like a beast.

Burst of energies flew around as they roared…. But even so, the ritual continued for one whole hour.

And in the end?

The ritual was finished.

And the entire jar was filled up.

"Huh…"

"That was…. Bit easier than I've thought?" – said Blueberry as she went and check the giant glass jar, which contained a rainbow-like substance.

"…"

"Yeb! It worked! It is the real deal!" – shouted Blueberry as she turned around.

(She did it on her first try?! How?!) – thought surprised princess as she and her two guards, alongside ClownFrog approached the giant jar.

[This potion allows the user to evolve ONCE as a dragon.]

[This potion can be only used once per user AND can only rank up the member of the dragon species, up to specific ranks (Depends on the consumer race.).]

(A potion that has a universal effect of evolving any dragon species?) – thought ClownFrog as he inspected the massive potion.

(It obviously why the information about the evolution method were so sacred.)

(But obviously you can't really spawn these things, since the energy cost as well as material cost of even creating one of those things takes shit ton of time as well money.)

"Well, well, well." – said ClownFrog as he inspected the potion.

"Your promise was kept."

"Just as we promised." – said the princess.

"Just call me ClownFrog." – said ClownFrog.

"We are about to get married and there is not a lot of people here, so you are fine with just calling me ClownFrog."

"Then…. ClownFrog." – said princess.

"Are you going to consume the potion right now?"

"No." – replied ClownFrog.

"Or more exactly, I can't use it now."

"I need this potion as one of the two steps towards my true new evolution."

"E-eh?!" – the princess and her guards stared stunned.

"O-one of two steps?! But I've thought-"

"That I'm just dragonian?" – asked ClownFrog.

"No. I'm not just any dragonian."

"Honestly, with how much attention I'm having right now, people already realized that I'm lich."

"I'm the High Lich Dragonian."

"But I'm not some dragonian that has been turned into lich."

"I'm neither necrotic dragonian and high lich combination…. Nah."

"I'm a fusion and evolution of those two races combined into one."

(We did knew he was lich…. But what is he talking about right now?) – though alarmed princess.

(I did saw lich dragons before, but none of them had same characteristics as him.)

"Look. It is not Like I'm telling you this because I don't trust you." – said ClownFrog.

"But because of the danger."

"I will be honest with you."

"This evolution will be definitely violent, just like the last one."

"I could hurt you."

"And there is information." – said ClownFrog.

"I've told you this information because I trust you."

"I want you to trust me."

"If you were to exact ritual of what we will do next."

"Are you saying people may try to hunt me down?" – asked princess.

"Exactly." – replied ClownFrog.

"There is also the fact that there are dragon kings who clearly want to wage war against my empire."

"And in order to protect you, I can't reveal you the ritual."

"Please reconsider this! There are few reasons why would emperor warn you personally!" – said alarmed Wio.

"You two." – said ClownFrog as he stared at the twins.

"Shut up." – said ClownFrog, alarming both of the body guards.

"We are sorry!" – said two guards as they bowed their heads.

"The threats I'm giving you aren't some empty promises."

"Blueberry, my first wife is one of the strongest beings in the whole empire and I know she can handle herself."

"Even if it maybe inhumane and cruel?" – asked ClownFrog which instantly made the princess twitch a little, which was noticed by ClownFrog.

"Obviously my ritual won't be pretty looking."

"You can even despise me upon seeing it."

"But even so, I want to see it." – said the princess with the determination in your eyes."

"HAHAHAHAHAH!" – ClownFrog began laughing on top of his lungs.

"Oh boy! HAHAHAHA! Look at her." – said ClownFrog as Blueberry started laughing a little.

"I don't know if she is crazy or if she is just stupid." – said Blueberry.

"Then again, you need to be sometime crazy and stupid to move forward."

"I like your guts girl."

"So, you are not going to complain then?" – asked ClownFrog.

"Nah. Fuck it. She can come for all I care." – replied Blueberry.

"She earned it."

"You heard her." – said ClownFrog.

"I don't have any problem with this either."

"Very well then. Let's go." – said ClownFrog.

"By the way, I know you two are her body guards, but I can't let you come with us."

"We do." – replied Mio and Wio as they bowed their heads.

"Well then, my groom." – said ClownFrog.

"Shall we?" – said ClownFrog as he extended his hand toward the princess.

"Yes." – said the princess as she took ClownFrog's hand.
