"Enter." – said ClownFrog with a tired voice, before moments later Tail entered the room.

"?"

"Tail?"

"Sup boss." – said Tail.

"So, there is a situation."

"The witches, they finally managed to decide their representative and they want to meet up with you personally."

"And…. Well…."

"…"

"What is it?" – asked ClownFrog.

"…. Well… Their representees…. It's one of the "nails"." – said Tail.

"!?"

"Wait, Nail?!" – said shocked ClownFrog.

(They are dispatching one of their top executives here?)

"Okay. Where are they?" – asked ClownFrog as he stood up.

[Sometime later: Castle guest room.]

"Greetings your majesty." – said tall woman in an orange dress that also that also had orange scaled hand alongside a long orange lizard tail.

"My name is Elizabeth Marvawan. I'm the head of one of the Medea fingers, the nail of ferality."

"And I'm known as the witch of wild beasts."

"The pleasure is mine." – said ClownFrog as he shook hands with the witch.

(A lizardman woman? Not only that, but how tall is she? Over 3 meters… Maybe 4?)

"Still, I wasn't expecting one of the nails themselves to come and be the representative."

"Well…. This kind of boils down to the main point." – said the tall witch.

"…"

"The unknown organization and the traitorous witch?" – asked ClownFrog.

"Yes." – said the tall witch.

(Although I say that, there were other reasons.) – thought the tall witch.

(Other fingers wanted to set up their base here in this empire to the point that there was a bit of conflict between each finger. Some wanted to have more influence…. While some others just wanted something different.)

(Still, I've managed to get ahead of everybody thanks to my specialty.)

(But probably there will be some fingers trying to gain some influence here as well.)

"One of my specialties is tracking."

"If there are some traces of the organization left, me or my finger members should be able to find them."

"That is why I was chosen to be the representative."

"And the reason why I came here is not only to greet."

"Is it possible to increase our base size and resources? It- "

"Okay." – said ClownFrog.

"?"

"Wait, you just answered it like that?" – asked the confused witch.

"Hey. Not only would we benefit each other, but we are also working together to track down the unknown organization and the traitorous witch as well." – said ClownFrog.

(I'm going with the straight approach as well, since I want to take a break already from all that bullshit paperwork.)

"However, remember that you will also have to do something on your side, regarding this new change."

"I understand." – replied the witch.

The talk with the witch took some time, but after a while everything was done and she decided to leave.

(FINALLY!) – thought ClownFrog as he got up and started stretching.

(Welp. Time to log off and-)

"Em… It's me again." – said Tail as he suddenly entered the room.

"Oh god…. What now? I just wanted to take a break." – said annoyed ClownFrog who glared at the Tail

"For...Considering that you are not saying anything, it would suggest that it is a giant annoying matter to deal with…. Right?" – said ClownFrog as he realized something annoying would pop up.

"Em…. Yea?" – said Tail.

"…"

"For fuck sake…. Okay. Talk! Another visit!?" – said ClownFrog.

"No…. More about the situation with the Karraoi kingdom." – said Tail.

"?"

"The holy kingdom? What is it this time?" – asked ClownFrog.

"…One of the kingdom's highest ranking personnel, the elder by the name Marcus, was apparently assassinated." – said Tail.

"He was apparently the advisor of the previous and current pope king."

"And according to some of the rumors that are spreading around, people are saying that we did the assassination."

"…"

"Well, we did have some reasons to attack the holy kingdom, after all the bullshit they did, but we never really did any attack on them…. Nor would it make sense for us to target some elder."

"The story sounds like a big stretch."

"Spread counter rumors that the holy kingdom had killed their own elder in order to blame us." – said ClownFrog who opened up the starting menu.

"Just to make sure, that advisor guy…. How important was he?"

"Welp, I know only basic informations… Like said before, he served the previous pope king and the current one."

"He was old as hell, but he was extremely well known thanks to his numerous achievements and his foresight, allowing the kingdom to survive many different accidents and whatnot."

"Does the Holy Kingdom have any enemies?" – asked ClownFrog.

"Well…. Few, if I'm being honest." – said Tail.

"Their way of "spreading the fate", is quite aggressive in nature, to the point it could be considered as terrorism or cult activities."

"…"

"Maybe somebody is trying to blame us or something….. Investigate it when you have some time…. And I'm going to log off…. I really need that motherfucking break." – said ClownFrog before clicking [log off].

(Well…. Maybe things will finally start getting peaceful….. Expect that holy kingdom. I guess we should probably check it out…. But probably it's just some "fanatics rampage" …. Welp, I don't think we will have to worry about them.)

That is what I had thought….. But as the peaceful days passed and I could finally breathe a little….. Tail approached me with some annoying ass news.

"War?"

"A fucking war?"

"For fuck sake!"

"What do these bastards want?"

"I know that they hate demons, monsters, and everything so-called "Unholy", but are they really planning on doing a war against us?"

"Yeb." – said Tail.

"According to the Oron investigation, the church forces are already in secret started their preparations for the war."

"And by the looks of things, we would be their most likely target."

"…"

"Then we will just crush them." – said ClownFrog.

"Do these bastards really think they stand a chance against us? "

"Welp, not on their own…. But there is a chance that they are maybe planning to form some alliances." – said Tail.

"And you heard about other kingdoms' stats as "friendly" nations in our last meeting, right?"

"…."

"Yea…. There is a chance that it may not be only the holy nation alone…." – said ClownFrog with an annoyed look.

"Yeb. And this is not all." – said Tail.

"Oron investigated that elder guy…. And apparently he was a way bigger deal than we had thought."

"The real pope king, some people would call him."

"He was apparently one of the main columns that supported the entire nation, and people wanted him as the king."

"However, he didn't wanted the crown."

"Not only that, but he does not have a family, like children or grandchildren."

"We had a theory he wanted a throne, but by the looks of things, it couldn't be possible the case…. However, there was one thing that stood out."

"War."

"Apparently he was opposing the war or some rumors goes."

"And apparently he went "missing", before getting found "Dead"."

"There is a chance that the holy kingdom was the one that really had assassinated the advisor."

"So let me get this straight."

"The advisor who pretty much helped the entire kingdom's survival and guided both the current and previous pope king was just assassinated like that, all because he opposed the decision to start the war?"

"Yeb." – said Tail.

"And how long did it take for the Oron to find it all out?" – asked ClownFrog.

"Well… Not much…. They were pretty much caught red handedly pretty early on by Oron." – said Tail.

"Not only that, but we had also caught some holy kingdom spies roaming around in our empire."

"…"

"Are they really looking down on us?" – asked ClownFrog.

"True, we may be still unstable and stuff, but we are strong as fuck as well."

"And not all of our citizens are demons or undeads AND some of those demons and undeads have their own counter against holy and light attributes."

"Not only that, we had developed a lot of any holy weapons during the war and after the war…. Are they just that stupid?"

"Unless they have allies."

(If they have allies, then it all changes.)

(By themselves, they have no chance at winning…. But if they have 1 or 2 nations working together with them…. Then they do have some chance.)

(However, they lack one reason.)

(A reason.)

(We had saved this entire continent from the "Oin empire".)

(We had saved the citizens from other nations from the unknown organization.)

(And we had exposed the heavenly dragon, causing him to be seen as no longer a "good guy", but instead as an "evil god".)

(Pretty much, nobody has really any "Rights" to challenge us, or they would lose their image and trust of their people.)

(We may be "monsters", but so far? We are the only "heroes" here as well.)

(Then again… That holy kingdom is run by the heaven fanatics…. So, they may think that they are "justified", since they fight in the name of justice…. Even though we already exposed their heavens and even recently them after they tried to give us some terrorists.)

(Still, they may not be the only ones who would declare war on us.)

(Greed. Corruption. Lust.)

(Some of the more corrupt kingdoms or the greedy rulers may decide to join the alliance.)

"Fucking… Great….JUST FUCKING GREAT!"

"Welp, I guess we have a new job."

"Start preparing a bit, but also try to find out who really is a "friend" or an "enemy" among the nations that surround us."

"It's better if we at least get ready for whatever bullshit will come our way."

(And just when I thought I would finally get some peace and quiet…. Nope.)
