[VRMMO] Dead One

"Brown antmans?!" – asked ClownFrog.

"How?! We exterminated every single one of them!"

"Well, by the look of things we didn't?" – said Litle Manica who was giving the report.

"We think those may have deserted or something?"

"How?! Those were one of those fanatic monsters! We exterminated them months ago and we made sure to kill every single egg and queen and other stuff!" – said ClownFrog.

"Maybe some of them got scared an ran away? Or maybe they were in the different location outside their nest when we raided their place??" – said Litle Manica.

*Sigh*

"Yea, that does make sense with some of the antmans not being in the base…. Still, why the hell we are seeing them now?" – asked ClownFrog.

"Maybe because we expanded too much?" – said Litle Manica.

"Maybe they were hiding all this time, preparing for the revenge and stuff, but because we expanded too much, their hideout or something was exposed and they needed to run away, only to accidently end up being discovered by us and stuff?"

"That…. Huh…. Well, it kind of make sense?" – said ClownFrog.

"Anyway, where are they?"

"East. They are nearby. The red antmans are already on the move and Pa is leading the hunt."

*Sigh*

"Of course he is." – said ClownFrog as he got up from his chair.

"I will go and assist them quickly. My detection skills should do the work."

Few moments later ClownFrog left the base and took flight in his dragon form.

(Hm…. Yea, I think maybe I should use detection skill just in case.) – though ClownFrog who just left the base and was flying.

(Even if we destroyed those brown antman nests, those bastards would still do an suicide charge at us and they may already know about us… So, I wouldn't be surprised one bit if they would do "FOR OUR GOD" suicide charge…. For fuck sake.)

ClownFrog activated an wide detection range skill that scanned nearby surroundings.

(Well, this skill is an upgraded version of the [Dragonewt Territory], it has longer range and better detection ability, but it unfortunately uses more MP and I cannot move too far from the activation spot.)

(The empire is in the middle of the internal war right now, so none of the four factions would send their own people here.)

(And these guys aren't warriors…. I think they are assassin or information gatherers based on their equipment.)

ClownFrog looked in the direction where the hostile unit was coming from and saw an person running on the tree side surface.

(SHIT! HE SAW ME!) – though Ocelot who realized he got exposed.

Ocelot tried to run towards ClownFrog in order to quickly silence him, however as he ran through the tree surface, he suddenly activated an magic trap that was placed on it, causing an wave of freezing light to occur that instantly froze everything around, but the Ocelot himself was nowhere in sight, confusing and alarming ClownFrog.

In the instance, Ocelot managed to get right behind ClownFrog and swinged his blade, but ClownFrog noticed that and quickly flew away with his wings, dodging the attack before then aiming with his staff at the assailant and firing [Ice Capture], firing an icy wind that freeze anything it touches, but Ocelot quickly realized the danger and put both of his feets on the branch of the giant tree, before then jumping away, dodging the attack, but finding himself midair as the result.

"[Bone Vines]!" – ClownFrog fired vines made out of plant flesh and bones towards Ocelot, trying once again to capture the elderly man and this time the old man got hit.

"Hmph!" – However, as soon as the undead vines managed to capture Ocelot, he swinged his daggers around, cutting the vines and giving him an chance to throw an knife at the ClownFrog that exploded right in his face.

(Now!) - Ocelot tried to take out an roped hook, but as soon as he tried do that, ClownFrog rushed in through the smoke and fired the [Dragonewt Breath] at the man, forcing the man to instantly put up the guard as he was blown up with necrotic breath attack, sending the man flying straight towards the ground before crushing into it.

"Uhguh?!" – Ocelot ended up crushing hard into the ground, but managed to survive the attack. However, obviously the elderly man took a lot of damage from the attack just now as he tried to get up and breath.

(Huh… I maybe in my humanoid form, but that should have killed him?) – though ClownFrog.

(Who the fuck is this bastard and why I couldn't detect him before?)

"Boss!" – shouted the hooded figure A as he rushed towards the Ocelot.

"You idiots! Behind you!" – shouted Ocelot as he threw an dagger that flew right past the hooded figure and hit the skeleton right its forehead before then exploding.

"Say. Do you mind me asking few question?" – said ClownFrog as he began summoning undeads in all directions, cutting off the Ocelot and his men path.

(Necromancer!) – though Ocelot as he prepared himself for the combat.

(But what is this creature?!) – though Ocelot as he looked at the ClownFrog with confusion.
