[VRMMO] Dead One

[Around the time when second round started.]

The two players got teleported onto the map.

In the right side was a heavy armor wearing vampire who wields a great shield and a lance.

In the left side was a man wearing an chinses clothing as well the metallic gauntlets

The man had a dark short hair alongside the golden eyes. He looked very human, however there was a pair of straight sharp horns sticking out from his head.

"Good evening or morning their young lady." – said Long.

"Yea, same." – replied Rampage.

(So, this guy is a Long, huh?) – though Rampage.

(He is apparently one of the best players from China right now and GreyHunt said that he is fairly strong.)

(Martial art type of guy who has also access to the [Metal Mage] class like Lil.)

(But he said that there is something weird with those horns on his head.)

(He said those are definitely not demon horns… But then what are they?)

(A head decoration or something?)

(Or did he changed his race?)

(But then, what would his race be?)

(No long knife ears… So, he wasn't originally elf… A human.)

(However, when GreyHunt became demonic human, he had grown demonic horn or when ClownFrog and Blueberry turned into dragonewts they had grown horns, but each of their horns looked different, since their sub race looked different.)

(No wait. There is also the fact that GreyHunt and Shri have different horns, even though they are both demons. As for Oron, he is also demon, but instead of growing a horn he had grown a third eye and now has tattoos across his body.)

(Hm….)

(Well, there is also the race like high goblin that Ampi has. It didn't gave her any demonic or dragonic powers, so even if those horns aren't some head gear or something like that and are instead a real horns, it may not give him some very noticeable power that you can tell apart.)

Both players started to get ready as the countdown started coming down.

The barrier between the two players disappeared and as soon as it did, Long instantly rushed towards Rampage and landing a powerful attack on her shield.

"!"

Rampage did not tremble from the shock or even moved.

Rampage swinged her shield, knocking Long fist away before then thrusting her spear Long, who quickly leaped back, barely dodging the lance.

But Rampage quickly gave chase to the man by boosting herself with the skill [Battle Rush] before then swinging her lance towards from the side at the Long, trying to swipe him.

Long used skill [Body Block] and used his arm and a leg to block the lance, but ending up being pushed by the force the impact, even after blocking the attack.

However, it wasn't the end as Rampage then swinged her giant shield towards Long.

"[Turtle Slayer]!"

Long swinged with his fist, hitting Rampage shield and stopping it from hitting him.

"?"

(Wait, he damaged me?) – though confused Rampage after realizing that her HP was decreased from attack just now.

"[Tiger Slayer]!"

Long quickly closed the distance between the two and swinged the palm of his hand across the Rampage chest, creating a cutting attack that hit Rampage.

"…."

"You done?" – asked Rampage.

"!?"

(Wait, what?!) – though Long as he saw barely, if not completely unharmed Rampage.

Rampage tried again swinging her weapons, forcing Long to retreat and dodge the attack in order not to get hit.

"…."

(Weird.) – though Long while observing Rampage next move.

(The [Turtle Slayer] and the [Tiger Slayer] had both landed perfectly.)

(But it does not look like she took any damage at all.)

(According to the informations, Rampage is a vampire tank that runs around on the battlefields and straight up ran through people like a train.)

(I fought few vampire like species in the past and they have annoying healing abilities…. But that doesn't seem to be case with her.)

(Its not like she took the hit and regenerated instantly, but instead took it and just didn't took a lot of damage at all…. And if we add the vampiric powers on top of that, she is indeed a formidable tank.)

(Not only that, but when she hit me with that lance, it did hurt me even after blocking it.)

(She is indeed a train, isn't she?)

"[Steel Skin] [Turtle Breaker]."

Long fists turned metallic alongside the weird green glow that covered his hands.

Long then quickly rushed towards Rampage and dodged the lance that came her way before then punching her right in the chest.

This time, Rampage could feel the damage felt from the attack before she swung her shield and again Long had dodged the attack before quickly delivering punch in the kidney.

Long prepared to strike again, but then –

"[Pile Bunker]!"

Before Long could even dodge or block, Rampage straight pierced right in the long side with her lance, piercing his body before sending him flying.

Long quickly grabbed the ground and stopped himself from flying, but then Rampage used the [Shield Charge] and [Boar Charge] to quickly close the distance and hit Long right in the face with her shield, knocking the man away and sending him flying.

Long again quickly got himself together and instantly jumped away as Rampage with crimson eyes flew towards him and clashed into the boulder, hitting it and completely wrecking it.

(Shit!)

(I thought she was a slow moving type, but she is quite fast?!)

"…."

"Hm…" – Rampage turned around and looked towards Long.

([Pile Bunker] did landed a solid hit on him…. But he seems to be fine.) – though Rampage.

(He does have [Metal Mage] just like GreyHunt said, but even so, this is way too weird. Even with [Metal Mage], he should have suffered way more damage AND he did not activated [Metal Glory] skill.)

(This guy is fast and can take a hit…. This will be annoying…. But also, finally some proper challenge!)

"[Bastard Lance]!"

Rampage used her lance mechanism to extend her lance and fired a piercing shot from the tip of the lance that flew towards Long.

Long used skill [Shell Fist] to cover his fist in energy that resembles the turtle shell before using his arms block the attack, but then he saw Rampage straight up flying towards him as she just launched herself toward him.

Long quickly jumped to the side, dodging the Rampage, before she quickly stopped and turned around and instantly saw Long closing in.

"[Dragon Breaker]!"

Long landed a solid punch right in the Rampage chest and moments later a burst of energy straight up shot from the fist and flew straight through Rampage body, creating an explosion that burseted out from her back.

"Ow. That actually hurt!" – said Rampage smiling.

Rampage quickly moved her head and headbutted Long, catching him completely off guard as he got hit in the head.

"[Shield Burst]!"

Rampage moved her shield in front of the Long before releasing her own explosive like attack that had short range that ended up hitting Long entire body.

"What wrong mister martial artist?!" – taunted Rampage.

"Is this best you got?!"

Rampage thrusted her lance forward, but the next moment she saw as her lance went through the flames.

"?!"

Rampage quickly realized that the Long was right behind her as she looked to confirmed just that.

Long unleashed a rush and combo of attacks and skills on Rampage back, hitting her over and over with his fists and kicks.

Rampage increased her defense as she turned around.

"[Breaking Fist: True]!"

Long landed a power fist attack right in the Rampage stomach that straight up resulted in the shockwave being created from the impact.

"You done?" – asked visible annoyed Rampage.

"?!"

"[Ki- "

"[Bloody Reckless]."

Rampaged charged into Long, before blowing herself up and Long with the explosion of blood, throwing Long off balance in the results.

Long tried to quickly get back, but Rampage was not done yet as she charged towards him, swinging her lance towards him and forcing him to dodge.

"?!"

(Wait! Where is her shield?!) – though Long as he saw the shield that was left close nearby.

"[Vampire Claws: Hunt]!"

Rampage claws were covered in blood and transformed into a long blades before then being swung towards Long and slashing him with them, catching the martial artist off guard.

(He is dead.) – though Rampage as she got ready to thrust her lance again.

"Tch!"

"[Heavy Bastard]."

Long quickly punched the tip of Rampage spear as she thrusted it forwards, hitting it and knocking away her lance before quickly moving away to gain distance.

"…."

"You don't want to die, huh?" – said Rampage before walking few steps and picking back her shield.

"I'm going to say it right now anyway."

"I'm not going all out or anything like that right now."

"So unless you have some sort of hidden transformation or ace in the hole, then its better to use it now before you die."

"…."

"Tch."

"You fuking…... No… No."

"You are right." – said Long.

"You are an arrogant prick, but you are right."

"Then, if you don't mind."

"Let me show you my ace in the hole."

"[Qiongqi Transformation]."

As soon as the skill was activated, the weird energy resembling a tiger fur and stripes began leaking out from Long body.

Moments later, Long body began changing, growing larger.

His two horns on his head, growing larger and thickening while also bending twice, now resembling an pair of bend blade like weapons.

Long legs and arms changed, growing a tiger like fur and turning animalistic.

Not only that, but long had also sported a set of giant bird like wings and tiger tail before a bunch of spikes had sprouted from different parts of his body like arms or legs, but mostly noticeable on his back and tail as a bunch of them appeared.

Finaly, long head was completely transformed into that of a tiger while having the two horns sticking from his head.

As soon as he transformed, Long looked towards Rampage, now in his monster form.

"…."

*Phew*

"That is one interesting transformation mate." – said Rampage.

"I was honestly kind of expecting you to turn into a dragon or something, since your nickname, but damn! This is somewhat cooler and kind of more surprising! That catched me entire off guard!"

"You look nothing alike! Heck, you don't look even human! What the hell are you even?!"

"…"

"I hope you won't regret your decision of provoking me." – said Long with now more lower and monster like voice.

"Nah."

"If anything, I'm looking forward to it all!"

"Now come at me your fucker and show mama what you got!"
