[VRMMO] Dead One

The two man stared at each other, waiting for one of them to make their first move while the chaos of the battlefield continues around them.

The first one to make the move was GreyHunt starting off with the [Pistole Barrage], firing 6 bullets with his Devil Seven, forcing the knight to quickly put up his guard using his great sword as the shield, but not blocking all the bullets that came his way.

"[Demon Bullet]."

GreyHunt gun: Devil Seven had a special effect that automatically activates when the user shot 6 time using this gun.

It creates a seven bullet inside the gun that is way more deadly than an of his other bullets.

Not only that, the gun was still enchanted with the [Pistole Barrage], strengthening the bullet power as well as [Demon Bullet] who affect the next fired bullet.

The demonic bullet flew at the knight and made contact with his great sword.

"?!"

However, unlike the other bullets, the knight could feel he was taking damage and he was even pushed back.

(W-what the hell was that?!) – though the knight while getting pushed back.

GreyHunt didn't wasted a moment and quickly closed the gap between the two and slashed the man in the should with his sword that was enchanted with the demonic energy.

"?!"

"Fucker!"

The knight swinged his great sword around, trying to hit GreyHunt, but he quickly backed away and easily dodged the attack.

After dodging the attack, GreyHunt quickly took out a speed loader and used to it instantly reload his gun.

(D-damn!) – though the knight.

(This guy is too dangerous!)

(I may be the offensive type of guy, but my defense is also quite high.)

(But that bullet and that sword dealt some annoying damage to me.)

(If I don't take it seriously I will-)

The knight didn't even had a moment of peace since GreyHunt quickly rushed at him again and swinged with his sword from above, forcing the knight to lift his sword and block the attack.

But that was fake attack.

GreyHunt aimed with his gun at his wide open belly and quickly shot multiple times before then firing the enchanted seventh bullet, dealing massive amount of damage in instance.

"!"

"[Glory Armor]!"

The knight created a powerful armor barrier around himself, pushing away GreyHunt and quickly rushing at him, trying to attack him.

The knight then used skill [Glory Blade] to enchant his weapon strength and swing his great sword at the GreyHunt, cutting him in half.

However, the knight then realized that something was off and moment later the GreyHunt who was just cut in two had turned into the sand.

[Dessert Assassin] skill.

[Move Like A Dessert]

[When activated, you will automatically dodge the next attack that would hit you.]

[Only works on the close combat attacks and cannot be triggered by the long range attacks if you got hit from too far away.]

[Cannot dodge the attack that has too big area of affect.]

GreyHunt appeared right next to his sand clone and quickly slashed across the chest the knight chest before then activating the [Instant Reload – Gun] in order to have his gun ready to fire again.

The knight saw that and realized the danger.

The knighted tried to swing its sword again, but GreyHunt quickly shot the knight in his arms with an enchanted bullet that had knockback effect, hitting the man arm and moving it.

"?!"

The knight in panic tried punching the GreyHunt, but he quickly dodged and landed two slash combo on the knight using the skill [Cobra Assault] from the [Desser Assassin] skill.

The skill had also a weakening affected that slows down the enemies hit.

Vice capitan grew desperate since he did not landed a single hit on the GreyHunt and activated the skill [Great Glory], making his body emit golden aura.

GreyHunt quickly fired his gun at the knight multiple times, but he didn't cared and only covered his eyes with his arm before then swinging his sword around, making GreyHunt this time block the attack using his sword.

"!"

(He got faster?) – though GreyHunt.

GreyHunt got pushed back after blocking the attack, but the knight wasn't done, he rushed at the GreyHunt and began swinging his giant sword over and over, making the GreyHunt dodged or block.

(His defense and strength seem to also got boosted.)

The demonic human GreyHunt used the second reload skill [Quick Reload – Pistole] and then used skill [Power Bullet] to hit and push back the knight, allowing GreyHunt to quickly step back and gain some room to breathe.

"…"

"Fuck it." – said GreyHunt.

This time, GreyHunt unexpectedly rushed at the vice capitan.

The knight got ready, but then GreyHunt used skills [Stealth], [Desert Tricks] and [Hide Play] to quickly disappear in front of the knight.

"?!" – the knight looked around.

(Calm down!) – though the knight.

(The [Stealth] only makes you harder to notice and the [Hide Play] only make you invisible for short moment, but you cannot do anything while in that state.)

(But what was that third skill?!)

Suddenly, the knight saw GreyHunt somehow in front of him and swinged his sword insatiable, but when he did that, the GreyHunt disappeared like illusion.

(Illusion?!)

Before the knight realized, GreyHunt was right next to him.

[Dessert Assassin] skill.

[Desert Trick]

[Create an illusion that travels short distance in one direction. The illusion will not attack and only run and will instantly disappear when attacked or when collided with solid object or something else.]

[When the skill is activated, your stealth will be strengthen up to 4 seconds.]

The knight tried doing something, but GreyHunt used a skill combination of his [Assassin] skill [Assassinate] and enchanted skill from his [Bandit Lord] class called [Ambush Hit – Murder].

The two skills increased the power of the GreyHunt attack by a lot, allowing the blade to sink right into the knight neck without much problem.

"?!"

The knight tried doing something, but GreyHunt fired multiple bullets before backing away and taking out his sword back.

"Tch."

(The [Assassinate] boost my attack many times over, but as the side effect my other attacks get debuffed if the attack didn't killed the enemy and the skill cooldown is doubled. The skill itself has annoying long cooldown, so it makes things much more annoying.)

(The debuff last for short duration, but the [Assassinate] seem to have dealt a lot of damage.)

(Considering how much damage he can take even though he isn't defense oriented means that this guy must have pretty good armor as well as pretty high level.)

(But he is dying.)

(The attack just now would have killed him if he didn't activated those 2 skills from before.)

Heavily injured knight got on his knees while trying to hold his neck as well as his great sword.

GreyHunt didn't wanted to waste any more moment and rushed it, but then –

"[Sword Wall]!"

The knight stabbed the ground with his sword and a wall of swords appeared around him from all directions, protecting him from the GreyHunt.

(This is bad!) – though the knight.

(This guy is way more dangerous than I thought!)

(He is countering most of my actions with his own abilities and skills! This guy is the worst possible match up for me!)

"[Glory Touch]."

(I need to heal up….?)

'Crack'

The knight looked in front of him after hearing something cracking.

Moment later, a nonstop barrage of the bullets could be heard from outside and the very visible cracks began appearing on the barrier nonstop.

"[Pistole Cannon]."

Suddenly a large explosion occurred, destroyed the extremely damaged barrier in one go and revealing GreyHunt holding two guns in his hand and aiming.

The knight quickly tried taking out his sword from the ground, but GreyHunt quickly put his guns away in inventory before rushing towards the knight and kicking him right in the face.

"?!"

The knight was completely shocked after suddenly getting stomped in the face by the gunman and quickly tried to regain himself in order to fight back before then picking up his sword from the ground.

However, the kick was meant to slow down the knight so GreyHunt could take out both of his swords from his inventory, GreyHunt didn't even attacked again while the knight was picking up his sword so he could take with ease his own weapons.

"…"

"[Red Blade]!"

The knight ignited his blade and tried swinging it at the GreyHunt, but then GreyHunt threw his sword at him, forcing him to attack the sword before the blade could pierce his face.

However, in split second the knight lost the sight of the GreyHunt. It was another one of the GreyHunt foul plays.

"[Demon Blade] [Demon Hit]."

GreyHunt swinged his sword and hit the knight neck before cutting it clean off, killing the knight instantly.

The knight sword fire disappeared and his body no longer emitted the golden aura before moments later the corpse and the head fallen on the ground.

"!"

"T-the vice capitan is dead?!" – said one of the red sword members nearby after noticing the vice-captain death.

"Avenge the vice capitan!" – shouted the red sword member while getting ready to fight GreyHunt with other members.

"…"

'Sigh'

"You know. I'm not even badly damaged or anything like that."

"Do you really believe you have any chance against me?" – said GreyHunt while getting ready to fight.

(I say that, but that fucker made me use a lot of high ranking offensive skills.)

(The difference in levels was much higher than I expected.)

(I needed to use many different attack skills to quickly destroy that barrier since I wanted to kill him now.)

(I also used up all the reload skills as well and even used my dodge skill as well.)

(I wasn't expecting this, but the empire elites are way higher level than even me or ClownFrog expected.)

(Not only that, these guys dealt with corpless and Lil summons, they are not weaklings.)

(I can probably take them, but we are losing troops at way faster rate than we planned.)

(Fuck me.)

(The others are probably still not in the city, so their defense can still focus on us.)

(Things can't be just-)

Suddenly a large explosion occurred in the distance, making both the GreyHunt and the knights in the direction of the explosion, only to see one of the war ships on fire.

"?!"

"T-the ships?!" – shouted the red sword member.

"THE ENEMIES- "

Before the red sword member could finish his sentence, GreyHunt rushed at him and forced him to block with his sword.

"Heh."

(By the look of things Oron is finally going on the rampage.) – though GreyHunt while smiling malicious behind his bandana.

[Sometimes ago before the battle between GreyHunt squad and the empire soldiers started.]

(I think tis my que.) – though Oron before disappearing using his stealth skills.

Oron quickly ran towards the sea, detaching himself from the group while hiding himself using his skills.

After getting on the edge of the ground, he jumped straight into the water and began swimming.

(While everybody is focus on them, I will go and blew shit up just as we planned.)
