[VRMMO] Dead One

After all the preparations were done as well as the fact that we helped out the Litle Bastards or should I say new recruits pack up their things and the regroup with the demon lord troops that were supposed to go to the frontlines where demon lord and the empire forces were facing off.

For somebody who wonders, no, we are not exactly screwed.

The 5 families that were at the frontlines most of the times are now gone, but the demon lord have now an army of a mass produced monsters.

However, it will take time for them to completely replace them, so for now the demon lord needed the help of the players.

She posted a new quest regarding the empire invasion and calls up to arms the players.

She still has a lot of stuff she took from the 5 clans, so she had means of paying the players.

So, after we were not the only players heading there.

But we will be ones making the biggest mess there.

And so, after all the preparation were done, we headed straight to the frontlines.

By the way, about the empire, me and the others looked into a bit.

Even though we weren't directly there, meaning we shouldn't have a lot of informations, BUT!

The Oin empire is one of most starting areas for the players, so there are tons of stuff online about it and we have even access to the information network that is controlled by the demon lord and her agents.

Anyway, here are some important bits of information.

Oin empire is quiet powerful empire to the point its peaceful, well kind of peaceful.

In the past, the Oin empire was a place that was all about growing and expanding their reach until many years ago they stopped doing that and instead focused on improving on their current empire.

This change made the empire be reborned and become something better.

Right now, it's one of the locations where there is an tons of hunting grounds as well as enough space for many to hunt, meaning that there weren't any problems with hunting and because of that, it became one of the best starting locations in the game for the players.

Not only that, but that place could welcome many different races like dwarfs, elves, angeloid and some more, but mostly human players chose that location as well as dwarfs and elves.

So, it's more like a good aligned empire, well kind of.

Right now, there is a big situation going on in the empire, since the current emperor is dying and nobody knows when he will die.

And because of that, a trouble ended up being made by his 4 offsprings.

Each of his children wishes for the throne for themselves and because of that, there is an internal conflict between four factions lead by each child of the emperor.

The first prince.

The second prince.

The third prince.

And the first princess.

Each one is aiming for the title of the emperor and will not stop until they will be the ones to get it.

The empire was ordinally an greedy empire who did what ever they can to expand, but not any more for many years and instead focused on peace instead of conquest.

However, the third prince as well as the first prince think that they should keep expanding and the third and the first prince are responsible for the invasion on our continent. They have a lot of support since many of the nobles and knights wants to continue conquering the other kingdoms so the empire can grow.

The second prince is more about being politician, he is said to be the peaceful type, while the first princess is about forming connections and said to be the charming as well as cunning woman.

Apparently, the players are divided into 4 factions in the empire that each fallow their own prince/princess of choosing.

And two of the mayor guilds that even I know about: Scarlet Gryphons and the Red Lions, are working for the first prince and the second prince factions.

These two guilds are quite important and well known on the internet to the point I and others know about them.

There are also other big guilds in there and not only that, the first legendary class user "Paint Job" started there, so there may be a chance we may encounter her.

The info about her stopped for quiet some time, as if she disappeared.

Did something happened to her?

Or, she is hiding on purpose to grow in strength?

There are also rumors about her doing some sort of secret quest or that she left the empire and went somewhere else.

In short, the empire is not only strong because of its own force, but the fact it has many players working for it, boosting its strength by a lot.

So, for now we don't have info about her.

But even if she was out of the picture, there are still a lot of high level as well as well known players in there, so the empire isn't an easy opponents.

As for the demonic kingdom?

Two kingdoms were taken over by the empire that belonged to the dark elves and orcs.

They were the two kingdoms that were right next to the sea and were the first victims. They weren't strong or big kingdoms, so it was one sided defeated.

The empire completely conquered them and the next kingdom on there was the demonic kingdom.

The demonic kingdom did stopped their advance, but the empire had some sort of base of operation in this continent that weren't stop from forming.

They only stole the castles and some stuff of the peaceful kingdoms, so they have their bases according to the demon lord agents.

So, the empire doesn't really have a solid base NOR control and they only make it look like that.

However, the demonic kingdom wasn't able to push them back because of the Paimon fanatics rampage and now also can't since the demonic kingdom got much weaker now.

Not only that, there is also the problem with the first prince since he send some of his own forces as well.

The 4 hikers have their own personal armies that they made in case of having to fight their own siblings.

The first prince army is about an warriors similar to the cruel knights that the Adernul kingdom has and they are known as "Red Sword".

However, they didn't send all of the Red Swords there and half of them are still in the empire.

Beside the red swords, there is also the Green Riders that belongs to the third prince army.

They also didn't send all of their forces there, probably in case of the other prince would back stab the other.

However, there is one more annoying problem.

The empire soldiers.

They aren't that weak or anything.

Not only that, according to the demon spies as well as captured prisoners, some of the nobles as well as members of the army decided to join the first or the third prince factions, since they also want to expand their empire.

So, yea, the invasion force is bit chaotic, but its strong.

The spies also reported that some of the adventures (Players) were part of the invasion force.

And there was a possibility that we would encounter Red Lions who work for the first prince, meaning we would clash with a large and powerful guild.

I would like to crush them, but not now.

It would been ideal if they weren't present in here, since we need to deal with the empire forces ASAP since right now, they are not part of this continent and they are parasitic off it in order to stay in power.

The demon lord herself expressed that she wants to kill them all now and reclaim the ports they have taken control off so they cannot have any more reinforcements coming from the empire.

"The demon lord army launch multiple attacks and try to break through the enemy lines, here, here and here." – said ClownFrog.

"This two points that are close to each other are located in the dark elf kingdom that was destroyed by the empire and the last one is location was located in the orc kingdom."

"Those two kingdoms are both the kingdoms that were invaded by the empire from the sea and taken over."

"These two kingdoms weren't strong or big, but they instead have extremely important location and they even have location with the sea."

"After we beat the empire, the two remains of the kingdoms will be absorbed by the Liefay kingdom, she already talked with this with the two representees of the kingdoms."

"In order to repel the empire, we need to take back control of both the conquered kingdoms."

"After losing the control over the two kingdoms and losing their base of operation, the empire will have no choice but to run away with the tail between their legs and go back to the empire."

"The situation is bit problematic for many reason, but the only good thing is that the dark elf and the orc kingdoms weren't big kingdoms but instead small ones."

"You said that the demon lord army and the players she recruited will attack these 3 locations, right? With one we will use?"

"Well, that what we need to discuss." – replied ClownFrog.

"All 3 locations are important, but the most important one is the one in the middle, since in that direction the main base of the enemy is located."

"We can try helping out the main army in the middle or try to take the enemy by surprised by breaking through from either of two other points."

"However, people know that we are working for the demonic kingdom and the demon lord, but probably don't know about the you all and only us 6." – said ClownFrog.

"However, people did saw you 4 and the Litle Bastards did ended up getting a second rank thanks to us in the contribution ranking during the raid."

"So I don't know how long it will take people to find out about you all."

"Then screw it all." – said Shri.

"?"

"What?" – asked GreyHunt.

"I mean, she isn't wrong." – added Rampage.

"We are always trying to be schemers and all, so I won't be surprised if the enemy would try to counter us or something."

"So why don't we just screw it all and take head on approach?"

"Yea. Just fuck it all together and go straight."

"And just take them all head on?" – said Shri while pointing her finger on the map at the middle location where enemy main force will be located.
