I headed to the Elevrad room on the 7th floor of the academy's central building. I went with Charles, Chloe, Irene, and Enzo, whom I happened to be with before Senior Vyn approached me. The atmosphere inside the academy building was very quiet, as only we and the other Elevrad members were present.

A few minutes later, we arrived at the door of the Elevrad room and entered. Only a few Elevrad members were inside; it seemed the others hadn't arrived yet. Not long after, the remaining Elevrad members arrived, and everyone was present.

"Thank you all for coming to this room. I know you're all tired from all the cleaning and tidying up at the academy, but you still made time to come here. Allow me to thank you again," said Senior Vyn.

"Relax, chairman. I'm sure the other members of Elevrad wouldn't mind being here," said Senior Gretta.

We all nodded.

"Very well then. Actually, we were supposed to hold this meeting tomorrow night, after we'd finished tidying up and cleaning up after the academy festival. However, due to an unexpected incident, the attack by a mysterious group yesterday, this year's academy festival was forced to end early,"

"Today was supposed to be the last day of the festival and tonight was the closing party. But because of yesterday's attack, we couldn't enjoy the final day of this year's festival. "Senior Gretta..." said the other Elevrad members.

Some of the other Elevrad members were surprised, but some didn't seem surprised. Perhaps they already knew about this, so they weren't surprised at all.

"Wait a minute, senior, aren't there still a few more days until you graduate from this academy? But why did you say this is the last time we'll gather in this room?" Charles asked.

"Yes, that's true. We fourth-year students still have a few days left at this academy until graduation. What I mean by the last time we gather in this room is the last time we gather as Elevrad members in this room. Even though this is the last time we gather here, you can still meet us around the academy grounds, at least until graduation," said senior Gretta.

Several of the Elevrad members were surprised to hear that. They certainly hadn't expected that they would soon be saying goodbye to fourth-year Elevrad members like Senior Vyn, Senior Gretta, Senior Alisha, and Senior Sophie.

"You don't need to be so sad. Every meeting has its farewells. From now on, let the chairman say a few words about our farewells," Senior Gretta said.

Then Senior Vyn began speaking again.

"It's as Gretta said. The reason I gathered you in this room is to say goodbye to all of you."

"Before that, I'd like to thank you for your hard work in preparing for this year's festival. Although this year's festival ended early due to the attack, you have prepared the festival to the best of your ability. Therefore, I thank you for your work. Not only for the academy festival, but also for your hard work throughout. I'm proud to have worked with you and also honored to have been given the opportunity to lead you."

"But this time, I and several other fourth-year Elevrad members must say goodbye to you because we will soon be graduating from this academy. As Gretta said before, every meeting inevitably involves a farewell. We've met, worked together, and now it's our turn to say goodbye. I know some of you are sad, as I felt it too when I was your junior. Back then, my seniors also said goodbye like this. You're not the only ones sad about this separation; we are sad too."

"This meeting may have been brief, but I'm still glad we were able to meet and work together with all of you," said Senior Vyn.

After Senior Vyn said that, several Elevrad members began to cry, especially the female members. Senior Gretta seemed unable to hold back her tears. Senior Alisha helped wipe away Senior Gretta's tears. Chloe also appeared to be shedding tears. As for Irene, she didn't seem to shed any tears, but she chose to lower her head. Perhaps that was her way of expressing her sadness.

"I know you're sad, but don't worry. After all, we're not parting forever; we'll definitely meet again. Gretta said we'll be coming to the academy festival next year, right? That's when we might meet again. So, you shouldn't dwell on this sadness too much. After all, this is just a farewell as Elevrad members. You can still meet us on the academy grounds the next day," said Senior Vyn.

Some of the Elevrad members who had been crying and shedding tears slowly began to calm down. Once everyone had calmed down, Senior Vyn spoke again.

"I promised Miss Karina that I would only use this room briefly to say my farewells. It seems we will have to end this meeting soon, but before that, there's something I must do. Vice Chairman, please stand," said Senior Vyn.

Senior Vyn motioned for Senior Florian to stand, and Senior Florian complied.

"I, Vyn Laterza, as the current chairman of the San Fulgen Akademiya Elevrad, inaugurate the vice-chairman of the San Fulgen Akademiya Elevrad, Florian Randall San Minerva, as the new chairman to replace me," said Senior Vyn.

All of us who heard this applauded.

"Okay, Senior," said Senior Florian.

"Since I've handed over my position to you, I've completed my final duties in Elevrad. I'm no longer a member of Elevrad. Gretta, Alisha, and Sophie are also no longer members of Elevrad. From now on, you will be the ones to manage Elevrad. I entrust the leadership of Elevrad to you, chairman," said Senior Vyn.

"Roger, Senior. I'll do my best not to disappoint you," said Senior Florian.

"Very well. I've said everything I wanted to say. Does anyone else have anything else to say?" asked Senior Vyn.

The other members of Elevrad fell silent, seemingly without any words.

"If no one has anything to say, we'd better end this meeting. Since I'm no longer the chairman, please end this meeting, chairman," said Senior Vyn.

"Since no one has anything further to say, I hereby declare this meeting over," said Senior Florian.

The final meeting with the fourth-year Elevrad members had ended. However, we didn't immediately leave the room. We all approached the fourth-year Elevrad members to say something or just chat with them. Then, a few minutes later, we all left the room one by one.

One by one, the Elevrad members began to leave the Elevrad room. And now, only Senior Florian and Senior Vyn remained in the room.

"My duties as Elevrad chairman are finally over," said Senior Vyn.

"Thank you for your hard work, Senior," said Senior Florian.

"I will do my best," said Senior Florian.

"Don't forget to recruit new first-year students for the new school year, Florian," said Senior Vyn.

"By the way, do you know who will fill the positions of secretary, treasurer, and vice-chairman under your leadership?" asked Senior Vyn.
