“And since most shops offer combos, I can create a Pastry Combo too. The combo would include a cup of coffee and one or two pieces of pastry. In the combo, we’ll price the pastries at cost.”
“But for individual sales, we’ll set the pastry prices a bit higher. That way, buying coffee and pastries separately would cost more than the combo.”
“Since the combo is cheaper, more people will choose it. And as combo sales increase, coffee sales will naturally go up too.”
Su Dan nodded slightly as she listened.
“Combos are definitely a good idea. You can even make several versions—some cheaper, some more premium. Have options ready for everyone.”
“But what about the pastries themselves? How are we going to handle that?”
