Upon closer inspection, the object was revealed to be a stone stele, greyish-white in its entirety.

Carved upon the stele were four large words: "Immortal Dao Must Perish."

"Ten Thousand Arrays Sect, today is the day of your destruction!"

"You’re dreaming!"

Elder Luo Kun roared in fury as he shot into the air to intercept the terrifying Stone Stele.

BOOM! The sound was like a clap of thunder.

Heaven and earth shook!

Luo Kun’s face went pale, and he spat out several mouthfuls of blood. But his figure remained unmoved; he had actually managed to withstand the Stone Stele by sheer force, preventing it from crashing into the Sect Protection Array.

Upon seeing this,

the dozen or so enemies outside the Sect spoke one after another, their voices filled with admiration.

"Worthy of the title ’Celestial Pride of his generation,’ Elder Luo. To think he could withstand the Immortal Suppression Stele all by himself."

"Elder Luo, your cultivation philosophy is different from theirs. You should have been one of us. Why must you die for them?"

Despite their overtures,

Luo Kun remained unmoved and roared in fury.

"Evergreen Vine, slay the enemy with me!"

In an instant, immense Cyan Rattan shot out from the surrounding clouds, like colossal pythons reaching for the heavens as they lunged toward the enemies outside the Sect.

One of them snorted coldly.

"So it’s the Eternal Green Vine. Isn’t this Heaven and Earth Spirit Root a Treasure of the Ancient Wood Sect? Why is it in the Ten Thousand Arrays Sect?"

"No wonder the Ancient Wood Sect was annihilated so quickly. They actually lent their own sect’s Treasure to someone else."

the many disciples in the Sect below were horrified.

The Ancient Wood Sect was a massive sect on par with the Ten Thousand Arrays Sect, one of the Nine Great Immortal Sects.

And now, such a powerful sect had actually been destroyed!
