Lin Chuan looked at him disdainfully and said, "We don't care about the money. Keeping you around will only cause more trouble for us later. Today's the end for you, goodbye."
After speaking, his men pushed Emory down without any hesitation.

Mu Bai drove Lin Chuan back to the entrance of Tiansheng prison. During the ride, Mu Bai kept questioning why Lin Chuan wanted to go back himself after making it out.

As he was saying this, Omama's secretary came in and said, "Mr. President, Queen Elizabeth of the United Kingdom requests a call with you."
Feeling somewhat impatient, Omama waved and said, "Put it through."
As Everson turned to leave, Omama said, "Don't go just yet. The Queen is calling about Lin Chuan's matter; you should listen in."
Once the call was connected, Omama and Her Majesty exchanged a few pleasantries before moving on to the main topic.
Her Majesty: "Mr. President, you agreed that as long as Lin Chuan takes up British citizenship, you would release him, correct?"
Omama: "Yes, I agreed, but Lin Chuan hasn't agreed to take up British citizenship."
Her Majesty: "If Lin Chuan agrees now, I wonder what Mr. President thinks?"
Omama: "As long as Lin Chuan agrees to join, there's nothing further from me."
Her Majesty: "Thank you, Mr. President, but regarding the International Military Court..."
Omama: "There's no need for you to worry, Your Majesty. I can handle things on that end."
After hanging up the phone, a smile began to form on Omama's previously gloomy face. He said, "Great, as long as Lin Chuan doesn't return to China, haha, the Queen has helped me a great deal this time."

The gist of the letter was to tell Lin Chuan to follow Her Majesty's arrangements, and he would take care of the matters that followed.
The old general was the person Lin Chuan trusted the most. Of course, Lin Chuan would heed his words. After reading the letter, he asked Engles what arrangements had been planned.
Engles said, "Her Majesty has already met with your National Security Department's Minister Li in person. She means for you to first agree to the Americans to take up British citizenship, and then switch from British citizenship back to Chinese citizenship. Do you understand?"
Lin Chuan nodded. This had all been arranged by the old General Chen Zhenguo, and he naturally wouldn't oppose it.
After the discussion was settled, Engles immediately informed Everson, who then passed the information on to Omama. Omama instructed Everson to personally ensure that Lin Chuan completed the procedures for obtaining British citizenship before he could be released.

After several rounds of negotiations involving the United States, the United Kingdom, and the International Military Court, the International Military Court agreed to release Lin Chuan but only allowed him to return to the United Kingdom, and not to enter the territory of any other country.
This condition from the International Military Court was virtually a moot point; once Lin Chuan was released, it was essentially an empty statement.
