Chapter 444: The New Load Chamber
As for Ethan and Hayley, they were currently inside a Load Chamber that had now been properly constructed.
This compartment was specifically built to serve as a Load Chamber, and it had been erected only two days after their arrival on the Demon Continent.
From the outside, the Load Chamber was a large, dome-shaped structure constructed from thick metal plating.
The panels were reinforced across the curved exterior, while several blue lights were mounted around the structure.
Inside, the chamber opened into a large circular space inside the dome. The walls and ceiling were covered in the same reinforced metal plating, supported by thick vertical sections that followed the curvature of the structure. Blue crystal lights lined the walls, casting a glow across the spacious floor, which had several circular divisions built into its surface.
Nathan had been serious about helping Ethan accelerate his growth.
When he had asked Ethan what he could do to help, Ethan explained some of the areas where he was still lacking. One of them was increasing the physical strength of his body to its maximum potential, along with a few other things.
Ethan also explained that for the purpose of training, he relied on the enclosures of Breach Zones to subject himself to higher gravitational pressure.
This was how he normally made his the Load Chambers on the Western Continent, due to the lack of materials available that could withstand the gravitational conditions he was capable of producing.
After discussing the matter with Nathan, they eventually came up with a better solution.
Nathan provided Ethan with the appropriate iron needed to construct a Load Chamber capable of handling his gravity manipulation.
Using his Aspect of Charge and its control over electromagnetism, Ethan manipulated the iron and used it to construct the chamber himself.
However, there was still no certainty that the structure would be able to withstand the gravitational conditions Ethan intended to create inside it.
That was where Nathan came in once more.
Using his Trait of Amplification, Nathan increased the strength of the entire structure by 200% of its original power. Ethan’s own amplification ability could only increase the strength of an object by 100%, while Nathan’s could reach 200%.
This was one of the results of Nathan’s demonic traits having grown stronger after he absorbed the immense amount of life force gained from killing his elder brother, Renaal Azazel.
With Nathan’s amplification added to the structure Ethan had constructed, the Load Chamber was finally capable of withstanding the level of gravitational pressure Ethan needed for his training.
Ethan and Hayley were currently inside the Load Chamber.
Just as he had done with the enclosures of Breach Zones, Ethan was able to place the chamber under a different gravitational condition, increase the influence of gravity within the entire space to several times its normal strength.
He accomplished this through his Aspect of Dominion, and once the field had been established, he deactivated his protection from its effects, allowing the increased gravity to weigh down his own body as well.
For the past few days, ever since the Load Chamber had been completed, Ethan and Hayley had spent a considerable amount of their time there.
They had developed a training regimen that included everything from squats and push-ups to more demanding exercises, with Ethan occasionally pushing himself to the point of fighting while subjected to one hundred times normal gravity.
The training had proven extremely effective for Ethan, particularly for his Warrior and Guardian classes. His Guardian class, especially, had been showing significant improvement from the constant strain being placed upon his body.
For Hayley, however, things were different.
Ethan had placed a localized gravity bubble around her, protecting her from the effects of the hundredfold gravity surrounding them. As a result, she did not experience the same physical strain that Ethan did.
In truth, there wasn’t much the training could do for Hayley in the first place. She had already reached the Grand Class, the pinnacle of what could be achieved by an awakened person, leaving little room for this particular method of training to benefit her.
Her reason for coming here with Ethan was simply because she wanted to be by his side.
He was the reason she had come to the Demon Continent in the first place, and she had no intention of spending the journey away from him.
Of course, there was also what came after Ethan finished his training each day.
Being completely honest, that probably accounted for another fifty percent of Hayley’s reason for coming along.
The Sex

At this time, Ethan was doing push-ups beneath the crushing weight of the gravity field.
His arms strained with every movement as he forced his body upward and lowered himself again. Then, on one of his upward movements, Hayley suddenly slipped underneath him.
She came from the opposite direction, lying on her back with her legs pointing in the opposite direction.
Her head ended up underneath his, their faces turned toward each other from opposite directions. Their eyes met for a moment, and Hayley slightly tilted her head, bringing their lips together.
The sudden movement made Ethan freeze for a moment, his arms locked as he held himself above her.
He looked down at her. " What are you doing?"
Hayley grinned.
He perfectly understood. A smile appeared on his face as he shook his head slightly. "Oh, come on. I’m still busy."
He still wasn’t finished with his training.
However, Hayley didn’t seem particularly interested in waiting.
Ethan returned to his push-ups anyway, but as he went and up, he allowed his lips meet hers in a brief kiss.
He continued like that, each time lowering himself close enough for their lips to meet before pushing himself back up against the tremendous weight of the gravity field.
Then came the final repetition.
Ethan lowered himself again, but this time Hayley wrapped her arms around his head and held him there.
The kiss lasted longer this time.
However, Ethan couldn’t maintain that position for long, especially with the weight pressing down on his body.
He activated his Aspect of Dominion once more, undoing the effect of gravity within the chamber as he simultaneously readjusted their positions. They parted slightly, allowing Ethan to lower himself onto his back while Hayley repositioned herself, straddling him to the ground.
Once they had settled into a more comfortable position, they continued kissing, this time without the awkward angle from before.
Ethan’s hand moved around her waist and settled on her bum, pulling her slightly closer as they continued.
Hayley was wearing the same kind of attire like the others, while Ethan was shirtless, having removed his upper clothing earlier during his training.
They parted again, both wearing smiles.
"I’m sorry," Hayley said, a hint of amusement in her voice. "I couldn’t keep my eyes off you any longer."
