"Absolutely not!" Du Ruanqing said with a righteous grin, still tugging her along.

"Alright, alright! I’ll go, I’ll go!" Jiang Yino finally gave in.

Once she agreed, Ou Mingsi turned to Xu Jiayi. "Jiayi, don’t just stand there. Hurry up and get changed so we can go together!"

"Hehe, sure!" Xu Jiayi laughed. Beneath her feigned, hypocritical smile, a malicious thought screamed in her mind. My chance is here! She changed into a low-key athletic outfit.

Amid the sounds of Du Ruanqing and Jiang Yino’s teasing and playful banter, the four young women left the dormitory as dusk settled.

After a fifteen-minute drive, they arrived at a KTV called Candy House.

Inside the private room, they ordered two fruit platters, some snacks, and a dozen coolers. Du Ruanqing immediately grabbed a microphone and burst into song.

While Du Ruanqing and Jiang Yino were singing a duet and Ou Mingsi was at the song selection console, Xu Jiayi, sitting alone on the sofa, revealed a fleeting, cold smile.

It seems heaven itself is helping me! The time, place, and people—everything is perfect. Jiang Yino, don’t hate me for this. It’s your own fault for touching the cheese you shouldn’t have!

Her dark heart screamed. Without hesitation, Xu Jiayi took a small, cylindrical object from her pocket. Concealing it with her hand, she unscrewed the cap and quickly dripped a single drop into each of the four glasses of coolers. If you’re going to put on an act, you have to do it properly. Du Tiancong stood up from the barstool and let out a long breath. A sinister smile flashed across his face as he strode purposefully out the door.
