"Father Emperor, Purple Leaf Tea is not a specialty of our Great Zhou, but rather a tribal tea from a remote tribe in a neighboring country. How did a Great Zhou general acquire it? It’s quite puzzling."
The Emperor, overwhelmed by dizziness for some unknown reason, was brought a chair by a little eunuch, on which he sat and began nodding off.
"Father Emperor, are you feeling sleepy?"
Prince Le’s call brought the Emperor back to his senses a bit, and he quickly shook his head, "It’s nothing, what did you just say? Continue."
"I mentioned that the Purple Leaf Tea from General Luo is suspicious. Do you think he might have some connection with a foreign court..."
He didn’t finish, but everyone understood his implication.
"No, you’re overthinking it." The Emperor rubbed his head again while waving his hand dismissively.
"Father Emperor, you haven’t thought deeply, you trust him too much." After a pause, Prince Le continued, "It’s best to be prepared for anything. After all, General Luo commands significant military forces, and if he develops ulterior motives, it would be disastrous for our dynasty. Wouldn’t you agree?"
Prince Le narrowed his eyes and gave a cold glance at the little eunuch in the courtyard before looking back at the Emperor.
"Yes, yes, what you say is true." At this point, the Emperor was so dizzy that he no longer knew what he was saying, thinking, or doing.
"Father Emperor, General Luo currently commands the West Mountain garrison, which is the lifeline of our Great Zhou’s imperial city and guards the city’s military power. Isn’t it inappropriate for such a potentially disloyal person to be in charge?"
"Inappropriate, inappropriate!" The Emperor waved his hand dizzily.
Prince Le scoffed inwardly; how could such a person be an emperor? The emperor of Great Zhou is truly worthless!

"Good, good!"
The Emperor repeated the two words.
Upon hearing this, Prince Le was satisfied and saw the Emperor closing his eyes on the chair, his lips slightly curled.
A nearby little eunuch was so frightened that he knelt on the ground, shaking too much to utter a word.
"Are your eyes blind or ears deaf?" Prince Le yelled upon seeing this, "Why aren’t you going to deliver the decree? Retrieve the other half of the Tiger Amulet from General Luo at the West Mountain garrison."
The little eunuch knew something was amiss, yet dared not say or ask more.
Hurriedly, he scrambled out, "Yes, yes, this servant will go right away!"
After the little eunuch left, Prince Le addressed the others in the courtyard, "Why are you all standing around stupidly? Can’t you see the Emperor is asleep? Hurry and take him inside, he can’t sleep outside! If the Emperor catches a cold because of this, I’ll have your heads!"
"Yes, yes!"
A group quickly carried the Emperor into the sleeping palace.
Just then, Mu Shaoling arrived with a group, but was stopped by two guards at the door, "The Emperor is discussing important matters with Prince Le; no one is allowed to disturb him."
Mu Shaoling felt a little uneasy after hearing this; he had arrived a step too late and let Prince Le meet the Emperor alone.
He vaguely sensed that nothing good would come of it. During his time in the palace, he’s noticed that after Prince Le meets with the Emperor alone, events often occur, some major and some minor.
