The grave-digging incident has stirred up quite a commotion. The area around the Ye Residence is crowded with people; some are knocking on the door, some kicking it, others splashing dog blood at the entrance, and yet others throwing eggs.

Voices shouting all sorts of things fill the air.

"How shameless are these people?" Yang Xiayun slammed the table furiously. "Why didn’t they say anything when they were ill?"

"Exactly, exactly, they’re bullying my handsome father, too outrageous! Young Master is very angry!" Yangyang also paced the hall with his hands on his hips.

The noise outside was so loud, it was hard not to notice.

"Auntie, don’t get worked up," Lele said. "Some of those people outside aren’t sick, some are riled up by others. Who knows?"

"It doesn’t matter; I’m going to stand up for my handsome father!" Yangyang shouted and stomped out.

"Hey, where are you going?"

Lele shouted after him, but Yangyang ignored him and rushed straight out into the courtyard.

"Lele, will he cause any trouble?" Yang Xiayun asked worriedly.

"Trouble, probably not," Lele replied slyly. "Don’t think my brother is simple-minded. He’s actually quite clever. I’m just curious about what he’ll do."

"How about we take a look?"

"Let’s go!"

They had to go, so Lele thought it over and then went with Yang Xiayun to chase after Yangyang. By the time they caught up, Yangyang was already in the front yard.

"Young Master, Second Young Master has called all the boys who clean to him and also gathered the kids from our residence."

"Uh, Lele, is Yangyang planning to go out and hit people?" Yang Xiayun suddenly felt uneasy. There were so many people outside, what if someone got hurt? "No, I have to tell sister and brother-in-law."

Just then, two young servants passed by them carrying buckets of water.

"Young Master, Second Young Master asked us to prepare these, and now we’re to take them to the front yard."

"Is that so?" Lele thought for a moment and said, "Alright, I’ll go with you." He then said to Yang Xiayun, "Auntie, let’s go check it out first, we can tell mom and dad later."

With that, he dragged Yang Xiayun toward the front yard. When they arrived, Lele noticed several ladders set up against the wall, and a few people had climbed onto the ladders.

Little Yangyang was among them, perched on one of the ladders. A bucket of water was placed beside him, and a young servant stood on a stool, handing him scoops of water.

Yangyang took the water and splashed it outside forcefully, while shouting, "You dare make a fuss in front of my house, you dare insult my handsome father, Young Master will drench you all!"

As he splashed, the other young servants also started splashing water down.

"Wow, Yangyang is impressive! He actually thought of this?" Yang Xiayun exclaimed in surprise.

Lele proudly snapped his fingers and said, "Of course, I’ve always said my brother is very smart."

Yangyang, standing on the ladder, turned his head just in time to spot the two, and waved his scoop in the air, "Do you two want to join in?"
