Qian Xiaoqing, having been slapped three times in a row, was stunned and a bit scared but still clenched her teeth. She no longer claimed the pouch was from Qingrui but instead stayed silent.

"Still stubborn?" Yang Chuxia resettled into the chair and said to Sister-in-law Li, "Go downstairs and bring me a pair of scissors."

"Right away, madam."

Sister-in-law Li quickly went and returned, "Madam, the scissors are here."

"Hmm." Yang Chuxia nodded and then looked toward Qian Xiaoqing, "Will you talk, or not? If you choose not to speak, these scissors won’t be merciful."

"Wuwuwu..." Ms. Qian of Wang Family on the side thought she was going to kill Qian Xiaoqing and watched with eyes wide in terror but couldn’t speak because her mouth was gagged.

Qian Xiaoqing too said, "What are you going to do? If you dare kill me, I won’t let you off even as an evil ghost."
