Ye Zi’an had been gone for three days. Even though it was only three days, it felt like three years to her, perhaps because she knew Zi’an would stay in the Capital City for quite some time and that, therefore, created the sense that time was passing more slowly.

She didn’t know why, even though she was aware that Brother An would come back, but she felt lethargic these days, always listless and lazy.
