Shin stood, his eyes fixed on the tiny, glowing figure of Lilel, or rather, Lisa, as she smiled, certainly proud of her own plan.

"First, I need to separate your system from you, that way the Imperial Queen won’t ever have any power over you," she said, raising a finger. "But we wouldn’t want you losing control over your own powers."

"And how exactly do you plan to make it happen?"

Lisa smiled arrogantly, as she, somehow, used her power to make a holographic image of a key appear in the air.

"All you need is access to the system, but you don’t need to directly own it inside of you. Right now, your system is engraved on your soul, which is also the source of your mana."

The holographic image changed to a ghost-like figure with multiple runes engraved on it. Shin could only suppose this represented his soul, or something.

"First, we need to transfer it to another recipient," as she said, the runes on the holographic figure were erased and rewritten in the air. "Not that the process would be as simple as I made it sound," she shrugged.

Shin nodded slowly, thinking it over. He could more or less understand what she meant. If he translated her explanation into terms he was more familiar with, it sounded almost like she wanted to create a virtual machine for him.

His system would be moved somewhere separate from his soul, while he retained access to it. So, if the Imperial Queen tried to interfere, she would be messing with something in between rather than directly affecting him.

But what being or object could he even use to serve as this middle thing?

"I see that you have noticed our first problem," Lisa smiled, and with the flicker of a finger, she hacked into Shin’s dimensional ring and forcefully used it, pulling something out of it.

The remains of Myha, the robot Shin had defeated in the first stage of the test. It was in a good state, but wouldn’t work anymore, as he was forced to destroy it to win.

But in theory an autonomous robot would be perfect to hold his powers, as Myha would never disobey him, or betray him.

"We have two problems," Lisa raised two of her long fingers. "This thing is not working, and it won’t be good enough to actually hold your power."

"What do you mean?"

"Simply put," Lisa landed on Myha, "the robot is not powerful enough for a thing like that. But it’s as I said, all you need is a key."

The holographic images changed, showing Lisa’s real plan. There would be someone to receive his system; Myha would act as a key between him and this person.

"If I connect Myha to your soul, you will be able to control her, as if it were another limb..." Lisa pressed her index finger against her chin, "well, it is, once you get used to it."

"It doesn’t sound as simple as you are making it out to be," Shin commented, afraid of how hard this would actually be.

"Then, you would send the information of what you want to do with your system to Myha, and she would send it to the true holder of the powers."

The holographic image showed information going to the robot from the two souls. Then Lisa floated in the air, and changed the image a bit, adding the Imperial Queen.

"Imagine if she wants to make you submit," the small fairy explained, as on the image the Imperial Queen got a reddish color, and this color spread to the soul holding the system.

But before the influence could touch Shin, it would need to go through Myha, which would either block it immediately, or simply self-destruct.

"By all means, I plan on making Myha a key that can’t send information back to your soul. But she will also have self-destruction as a last safety measure."

Shin nodded, agreeing that the plan was good. But obviously, all of this explanation didn’t solve either of their two problems.

But considering how smug his wife was looking, he knew she already had the solution to these problems. She was only dragging out her presentation, because she enjoyed showing off.

"Now, tell me, what is your plan to tackle our problems?"

Lisa smiled, landing on the top of Shin’s head, and looking down at the robot. "I believe I can fix Myha. Better yet, I want to produce many robots like her in the future; I will only need some material."

"Do you think we can get this material in this dimension?" Shin asked, not sounding confident at all.

"Actually, yes, we have a lot in here." Lisa jumped from his head, floating excitedly in the air.

Holographic images exploded everywhere, showing a complex and ambitious plan she had come up with in a matter of seconds.

"I have been calculating the possibilities, and the plan is not finished yet, but I want to begin producing combat robots in mass. That would be an extra power, and would help quickly increasing our number of soldiers."

Shin nodded. "I don’t think we need that much to defend the Ice Wolf clan; it would be better to keep it as a secret weapon for later."

"I know, but I wouldn’t be able to finish the project so soon anyway. I need at least one, or maybe two more years."

Shin thought for a second, but nodded; he probably could gain that much time for her, as long as he kept things going slow, after the clan’s war.

"Ok, Myha is fixable. If you can take care of the engineering, I will ensure we collect the material," Shin commented. "But about the second problem, who can hold it?"

"I have someone in mind," Lisa commented, but her tone didn’t sound sure at all. "But it’s going to be a risk. Ideally, the holder would be a human, but all humans with souls appropriate to hold a system already get assigned one by the Tower at the age of eighteen."

"I don’t think I should hold two of them," Shin remembered a small mention about something like that in the game. "And anyway, we only have two other pure humans here. But what about the Amazons?"

"They would be even worse," Lisa shook her head. "What is keeping them alive to begin with is the demonic system, and its partial core. I was thinking of using one of the succubi, but..."

"Isn’t the queen going to notice, if we enter the Tower with a demon? Not to mention, I guess there would be problems with incompatibility."

"Yes, but..." Lisa hesitated.
