Chapter 121: Nice Morning

Kaho woke slowly, her body sinking into the soft mattress as warm sunlight filtered gently through the curtains.

For a few quiet seconds, she didn’t move at all, her mind still half-asleep, enjoying the rare comfort of a morning that didn’t begin with tension.

Her eyes finally opened, blinking lazily at the ceiling as she adjusted to the light.

"This might be a problem," she murmured under her breath. If she got too used to this, going back to her house would feel even worse.

Letting out a quiet sigh, she pushed herself up. Her body and mind were still quite tired; too much social interaction left her exhausted.

She stepped out of bed, turning on the light, just to be greeted by an anime poster that made her smile uncontrollably.

"I forgot Eva had put it in here," she murmured, walking to the bathroom.

As expected of a rich girl’s mansion, the rooms had their own bathrooms, and everything was spacious and clean.

Kaho brushed her teeth, watching herself in a stylized mirror from her favorite book series. Then she washed her face.

"Should I go downstairs already...?" she wondered, but decided to take a shower first.

She sank into the steaming wooden bath, her long dark hair fanning out around her as the warm water washed all her worries away.

A deep sigh escaped her lips as she wished she could have such a nice shower in her own house. Her full breasts stood as firm as ever, accumulating a pool of water on top of them.

Because of their size, she always made sure to clean thoroughly beneath them, knowing how easily sweat could build up there, no different from her underarms.

Finally, her eyes drifted lower as she cleaned herself on autopilot. She particularly liked watching the whirlpool that formed in the drain as the water ran down her body.

By the time she stepped out, her body felt lighter, though the tiredness still lingered faintly beneath the surface.

After drying herself, she returned to the room Eva had ’given’ her. It was hard to accept so much generosity, but it was not like the queen would accept a "no" for an answer. Besides, the mansion had so many unused rooms.

Kaho was not the only one receiving such a gift. Both Yumemi and Rika had their own rooms in the mansion. Eva would expand the gym for Tomoko and Ana, and Ange had also ’received’ a room personalized for her.

Opening the big wardrobe on the left side of the room, Kaho found rows of clothes Eva had picked out during their trip to the mall. All the pieces were relatively modest, yet undeniably more stylish than anything Kaho usually wore.

Her fingers brushed lightly against the fabrics as she hesitated, unsure of what to choose.

But she ultimately settled on the baggiest option, a hoodie that fully concealed her body, along with comfortable, oversized sweatpants.

She was already tired, and since she would need to do a lot of talking with Shin that day, she chose to wear whatever made her feel the most comfortable.

Once she finished getting dressed, she adjusted the fabric slightly, making sure everything felt right...

And suddenly, arms wrapped around her from behind.

Her entire body stiffened in an instant.

"Good morning~"

Eva’s voice came lightly, almost playfully, right next to her ear.

"E-Eva..." Kaho flinched, her shoulders tensing before she forced herself to relax. "Don’t do that..."

Eva let out a soft laugh, clearly amused by her reaction, but didn’t let go right away. "You’re way too easy to scare."

"I’m not easy to scare!" Kaho protested. "You are the only one who gets so close to me without me noticing."

"Then maybe it’s because I’m too good at it," Eva smiled. "Anyway, you looked tired."

Kaho didn’t deny it this time. She simply gave a small nod, her gaze lowering slightly. "Ana took everything out of me yesterday..."

Eva smiled faintly, clearly unsurprised. "Yeah, it was really fun, but she can be too much at times. I asked her to go easy, but Ana never listens to anyone."

"You don’t need to worry," Kaho shook her arms quickly. "It was really fun, so..." she looked down, a bit embarrassed.

"Of course, I will invite you next time," Eva confirmed. "One more thing, don’t worry about today, okay? I’ll handle most of the talking with Shin."

Kaho blinked, clearly caught off guard. "You will... how?"

"Of course," Eva replied without hesitation, crossing her arms, emphasizing her chest, and curling her lips into a small grin. "I mean, I already understand you without you even saying a single word."

Kaho stared at her for a moment, her expression filled with quiet doubt.

"That’s not possible. Humans can’t communicate properly without using words. A major part of our competitive advantage over other species is our complex brain and highly developed vocal system, which enable sophisticated communication."

Eva’s smile widened slightly, her eyes sharpening in a way Kaho recognized. She could tell Eva felt challenged by what she’d said, and Eva always went all in when challenged.

"Then let’s test it." Eva clapped her hands once. "You stay completely silent during breakfast. Not a single word."

Kaho frowned faintly, already skeptical. "And you’ll understand me?"

"Perfectly," Eva said, as if it were the most obvious thing in the world.

Kaho crossed her arms, still unconvinced, but she didn’t refuse.

"Fine."

A few minutes later, they were sitting at the breakfast table, the agreement already in place. Kaho remained completely silent, focusing on her food while trying to act normal despite the unusual situation.

Eva, on the other hand, seemed entirely at ease, eating as if nothing was different.

After a moment, Eva glanced at her casually.

"You don’t like eggs like that, do you?"

Kaho froze for just a second. She hadn’t said anything, not even a reaction, as far as she knew.

Eva hummed softly, tapping her finger lightly against the table. "You’re also thinking about whether you should say something or just deal with it quietly."

Kaho’s grip on her utensils tightened slightly.

"And now," Eva continued, her tone still light, "you’re wondering if I’m just making random guesses."

Kaho looked away almost immediately.

Eva let out a small, satisfied laugh. "Wow, this is easier than I thought."

Kaho frowned faintly, refusing to react any further. But Eva didn’t stop, and she was always on point.

"See? I told you, I can read you like an open book," Eva said proudly, her smile playful.

Kaho laughed as well, forced to admit it was real. She didn’t know how it was even possible, but she couldn’t deny that Eva was always right.

Then the mood shifted all of a sudden. Eva’s eyes changed, her bright smile softening into something more serious.

"And I also notice your eyes are saying, ’I don’t want to go back home,’" Eva said. "So, will you finally tell me what is happening?"

"I..." Kaho hesitated. "I don’t want to involve you in my problems, and..."

Eva let out a sigh. "You really can count on me if you need me. And if you want, you can stay over at my house for as long as you need. What do you think?"

Kaho hesitated to answer. Even if she wanted to say yes, she didn’t want to bother others with her own problems. She didn’t want to be an even bigger burden.

Besides, it wasn’t like her mother would just agree to her being away for so long.

"Anyway, I think Shin might arrive soon, so what do you think about playing some games? I’m sure we still have some time, since Ana will definitely hold him up for a while..." she let out an unsatisfied sigh.

Kaho smiled, relieved to be off the hook.

12 hours earlier

While Kaho and Eva were having girl talk, Yumemi and Rika were having their own fun.

The room was perfectly prepared for a cozy night: soft blankets spread across the couch, dim warm lights, a pile of pillows, and a TV already set to their favorite streaming app.

Snacks were neatly arranged on the table, creating the ideal space to binge-watch in comfort.

Seeing it, Yumemi and Rika exchanged smiles, quietly celebrating how well Minako had followed every instruction. She had followed every order they gave her.

For a while, Yumemi had been sharing her hobbies with her aunt, and they had finally found something in common, their shared love for trashy romantic dramas.

Too embarrassed to watch them at Eva’s house, they had come back to Minako’s place and ordered her to prepare everything.

Right then, Minako arrived.

"Rika, I also brought popcorn and made it fresh," she said. "And... I took the liberty of buying you a nightgown. I noticed you don’t usually wear anything fashionable to sleep, and I thought you and Shin would like it."

Rika raised an eyebrow slightly, amused.

"Oh! This looks really good!" Yumemi commented excitedly. "It will look so sexy on you, aunt. You need to wear it. Yes, wear it immediately, we need to take a picture for Shin."

Rika blushed, but she agreed with the suggestion. She quickly undressed, putting on the delicate clothing, clearly designed to drape rather than conceal.

The silk clung to her voluptuous figure, sliding over her curves and accentuating her body. The thin fabric did little to hide the details beneath.

Yumemi grinned, already reaching for her phone. "Shin is going to lose his mind. Now pose for me, aunt!"

"Okay!" Rika answered, doing her best to pose more attractively.

At the beginning, Rika had no idea how to pose, but after so long in the harem, she had become more used to acting seductively, and more confident in her body.
