My Cuckhold System

Chapter 221: Next Target

Arguing now would only push her further away, and after the tension at the table earlier, he didn’t need that rift widening.

He exhaled through his nose before uncrossing his arms. "Fine. Just... get inside. It’s late."

Mei nodded quickly and brushed past him into the foyer. The cool air-conditioned hush of the house enveloped her but as she took her first steps toward the sweeping staircase, Renzhi’s gaze followed, narrowing.

Her gait was off... her legs were trembling slightly with every stride, like she was favoring one side and her knees wobbled just enough to make her hand graze the banister for support.

"Why are you walking like that?" he questioned while stepping closer with a look of both concern and suspicion. "Did something happen out there?"

She froze mid-step with heat flooding her face as she felt another warm dribble escape her swollen folds, sliding down her thigh beneath the hem of her skirt.

Panic gathered underneath the surface but she schooled her expression into nonchalance, waving him off. "Oh, it’s nothing. I stubbed my leg on the bench. I’m sometimes clumsy like that. It’ll be fine by morning—I just want to go to bed now. Night, Dad."

Without waiting for more questions, Mei hurried forward, ascending the stairs two at a time despite the protest from her sore muscles.

Renzhi watched her go with his brow furrowed but decided not to push it.

It was a good thing she rushed, because as she crested the landing, a thick drop of cum, splattered silently onto the smooth hardwood step behind her, glistening under the chandelier’s light like a forbidden secret.

Without looking back, she slipped into her room and shut the door with a soft click.

The familiar clutter of her sanctuary greeted her and Mei immediately collapsed onto her bed, sprawled out.

Her skirt rode up to expose the mess between her legs as a lazy smile appeared on her face.

Sure, her pussy throbbed, swollen and tender from West’s relentless pounding but she wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Every ache was a delicious reminder, and as she sighed contentedly, her fingers idly traced the sticky trails on her skin while she replayed it all in her mind, already craving the next time.

Elsewhere, in a narrow alleyway swallowed by shadows...

Rapid and uneven footsteps echoed as a man in a suit sprinted forward.

He let out heavy breath as he ran with a look of panic strewn across his face. His shoes scraped against the damp ground as he pushed himself harder while glancing back repeatedly.

"Stay away!" his voice trembled as he yelled. "Stay away from me!"

Behind him... calm steps rang out.

A figure cloaked in a long, flowing outfit moved with eerie fluidity. Their silhouette was barely disturbed by the darkness as they walked yet somehow kept up with the fleeing man.

"Dr. Orlando Riessman..." A cold feminine voice called out.

"Accept your fate."

The man stumbled slightly but kept running as his mind spiralled.

"I’ll give you money! Anything you want—just—just don’t kill me!"

The only response he got was the soft sound of footsteps drawing closer.

Until, he finally hit a dead end.

He stopped abruptly and turned around with terror flooding his face as he pressed himself against the wall.

"N-no... please... listen—"

A faint metallic sound cut through the air as a katana appeared in the woman’s grasp.

A glint appeared on the blade’s surface as she stepped forward.

"Your fate... cannot be changed with money."

The blade flashed as she swung out in a single stroke.

Swwwwhiiiiii~

Silence followed, accompanied by a heavy thud, as the man’s head rolled off his body.

Blood sprayed briefly before settling into a quiet, spreading pool beneath the decapitated body.

The woman flicked the blade lightly, shaking off the crimson liquid before sheathing it.

She reached into her outfit and pulled out a small device.

A face appeared on the screen displaying Dr. Orlando Riessman’s image.

She tapped it and a red X marked across it. Afterwards, she proceeded to swipe and another face appeared.

Her eyes lingered on it briefly as if studying the appearance of the woman on screen and her info.

"...Next target."

...

...

The next morning arrived and today was Sunday.

West stood near his window, staring out at the city below.

The conversation from the previous day... the information Zu Li had given him... it all lingered heavily in his mind... his mother...

After everything... she was involved in something like this?

His face contorted slightly in confliction. But on the bright side, Zu Li had given him time.

And for once... he decided to take it.

He reached for his phone and speed dialed a number.

After a few rings, someone answered from the other end.

"West?" his father’s voice rang out.

West exhaled softly. "Yeah... it’s me."

"Are you good, son? You usually don’t call randomly like this..."

And so they began speaking...

At first, they caught up on brief updates and small talk but eventually, West got to the point.

He explained everything that had happened in that particular ruins, underneath the abandoned research center.

And then he moved onto the list of those involved and how she was included.

A drawn silence ensued after West finished narrating everything, including the current situation with the Dragon Fang Gang.

His father finally let out a sigh; "...I see."

West leaned against the wall. "So what do you think?"

"You’re right to feel the way you do," his father said slowly. "She... she hurt us. Walked away. Left everything behind."

West’s gaze hardened slightly.

"But..." his father continued, "...she’s still your mother."

West scoffed lightly. "That doesn’t mean much anymore."

"I know," his father replied. "But sometimes... things aren’t as simple as they seem. People make choices... bad ones. But there are always reasons."

West frowned slightly.

"I’m not saying forgive her," his father added. "But... if I were you... I’d at least hear her out. Once... know her side of the story and why she was involved with something like that..."

Silence settled between them again before West exhaled.

"...Yeah."
