SSS Class Infinite Regression: Ascension of the Mad Dragon Prince

Chapter 192 - 192: The Sinners Academy Opens It's Doors [3] — House Camelot

"House of Camelot."

In response, the entire House of Camelot—twelve students in total—stepped forward with pride.

"Lord Arthur Alexandre Pendragon."

"Ingrid Galatea Pendragon."

Louis's eyes narrowed. Through William's information, he knew the knight acting as Lord Arthur's bodyguard was actually his elder sister. Both belonged to the Pendragon Family of Camelot, said to be surviving descendants of the ancient king of myth.

Whether this was true or merely a made-up noble title, neither Louis nor William knew. It was a fact, however, that Camelot had obtained Excalibur from a Fantasy Field that had overtaken the island of Great Britain.

As a unit, Arthur was a great all-rounder warrior and knight. He could temporarily summon Excalibur and unleash the highest damage numbers in the game at high levels, where he gained the power to multiply his attacks and always strike first when attacked. He possessed excellent swordsmanship and incredible holy light magic. His sister was similar, though a tank and warrior hybrid who could take hits and deal great damage. Both also commanded powerful spirits shaped like swords and armor.

"Fantine Dominic."

Fantine—Louis remembered her. She was a small, shy girl with bright green eyes, pointy elven ears, and long orange hair tied in two pigtails. A half-elf with an affinity for fire magic, she possessed a spirit orb and three powerful fire spirits that aided and protected her. She was a great damage dealer, as fire had few counters or immunities in the game.

"Randolph von Hevring."

A short young man with blue eyes and dark blue hair. He was known for his pretentious and mocking personality. As the current descendant of the Hevring Family, he protected and assessed the Treasury of Camelot. Possessing a Spirit Orb as a descendant of Spiritians, one of his spirits was a powerful Treasure Mimic Spirit capable of storing a near-endless amount of items and riches—which Arthur used as his walking backpack.

Louis had been eyeing him for some time; this was the man he planned to steal the Spirit Orb from. Now he just needed to figure out how and when. Planning something like this would certainly not be simple.

"Sylvain Dominic."

Fantine's elder brother, another half-elf but taller than his sister and with a handsome face. He was a charming womanizer who loved picking up girls. He shared a similar fire affinity with his sister but was also a great user of cavalry and lances. Unlike her, he had wings—though underdeveloped and small, orange-colored. Like his sister, he possessed three fiery spirits shaped like equipment.

"Vivian Galore."

A purple-haired young woman with pointy elven ears, red eyes, small black horns, and dark purple and red wings. She was a descendant of a Dark Fae family alongside her cousin—the last members found by Arthur in a Dark Forest within a Fantasy Field, surviving in the wilderness. She had a silent, somber, and creepy demeanor, with a knack for curses, blood, and dark magic. She was known as a necromancer with power over a small army of specters.

"Lysithea Galore."

The less creepy of the two dark fae "sisters," Vivian's cousin looked similar but with shorter red hair and a much less "mature" appearance than her voluptuous elder sister. She had a snarky personality and loved playing pranks while cursing people. Unlike her sister, she had no talent for necromancy but was still a great curse caster with some big-damage offensive spells.

"Félix José."

Son of a family of swordsmen, Félix was a black-haired young man with sharp blue eyes and a slender frame. William's memories remembered him fondly as an amazing unit— incredibly fast in battle and, due to his high speed, capable of doubling his opponents easily with most weapons. He had a silent and uninviting personality; it was not easy to approach him, though the protagonist could do so easily.

"Gautier Ashe."

The youngest-looking boy in the house, with short gray hair and pale blue eyes. He was slightly timid and silent but could become a great friend once he got to know you. He was an excellent archer capable of conjuring elemental arrows covering a wide range of elements. A great addition to any team once leveled enough, in William's opinion.

"Hugo Molinaro."

The tallest and most muscular man of House Camelot—big and strong-looking, with tanned skin and burly, log-like arms. He had a gentle smile and short blonde hair. There were very rare times when he stopped smiling. He loved eating and cooking and was sometimes found in the academy's kitchen preparing food for not just his house but anyone. Son of a sailor, he was recruited for his Herculean strength and talent with hammers and axes.

Although some seemed like "ordinary humans," they were Strength-type Espers who used their psychic powers to enhance their physical abilities. They were considered "least talented" compared to usual Espers like Louis or his father, but they compensated by already being awakened Spiralwalkers or having the talent to awaken soon.

Several members of the other three houses were Spiralwalkers; the silhouettes of their Incarnations sometimes appeared and disappeared.

"Dralma Drakeheart Greenwood Yggdrasil."

Every house had at least one half-dragon or pure dragon. Camelot had Dralma, the youngest daughter between the Elf Queen of Yggdrasil and the Dragon King. She looked like a beautiful blonde elf with white skin and golden eyes, but she also had golden horns over her forehead and a pair of beautiful feathered wings, making her resemble an angel.

As a very rare half-elf and half-dragon, she was immensely powerful and among the strongest units in the game. Personality-wise? From William's memories, she was a selfish, narcissistic girl who liked to pretend to be kind and virtuous on the outside. Louis had never met her, who—despite being around his age—was technically his aunt.

"House of Yamato. Stand forward as I call you."

"Mikoto Kaguya Amaterasu."

The Princess of Yamato and direct heiress to the throne once her mother, the current Empress, stepped down. She was a gorgeous young woman with a tall, slender, and voluptuous body, long black hair tied in a long ponytail, fiery red-, orange-, and gold-colored eyes, and a sun-shaped tattoo on her forehead glowing bright red. Inheriting the name of the Goddess of the Sun Amaterasu, her family had been blessed by her to govern Yamato.

She was a powerful sorceress capable of conjuring barriers, talismans, blessings, and healing, while also possessing the power to exorcise evil spirits and undead. She wielded naginatas and divine sun magic with incredible skill. Her personality was disciplined and calm, but she could be quite manipulative, using her beauty and words to charm people to her side.

It was said that her soul sealed a powerful Divine Spirit—the Vermillion Bird.

"Saizo Ikemoto Amaterasu."

Mikoto's younger brother, taller than her and strong-looking. He was a silent young noble tasked with protecting his sister from any harm. He was a powerful fire-element-wielding samurai capable of unleashing potent, rapid attacks in wide areas—regarded as one of the strongest physical attackers. Like his sister, he could conjure many useful spells and divine sunlight magic, though not as strong as hers, as he mostly specialized in katana arts. Like her, he was both an Esper and a Sinner, awakening a "cursed soul" resembling a blazing demon that he kept mostly sealed.

"Rinkah."

"Reina."

Rinkah and Reina were half-oni sisters found in the mountains of Yamato a decade ago by Mikoto and Saizo. Since then, they had become inseparable, eventually growing into the prince and princess' most trusted bodyguards and friends.

Rinkah was the giant, red-skinned oni sister with a very shy and adorable personality, a cute face with red eyes and long red horns, and long black hair. She was burly and a little overweight, with a great affinity for fire and demon magic. She wielded heavy armor, shields, and clubs. Despite her shy nature, she was a powerful tank capable of always protecting her prince and princess from harm.

Reina, on the other hand, was the much smaller, blue-skinned oni sister. While smaller than her sister, she was still much taller than any human. She had a slender, muscular build with a modest chest and wide hips. She had a sporty nature and loved competition, while also being very outgoing and brave—unlike her shy sister. She had long white hair tied in a ponytail and sharp red eyes, with only a single small black horn on her forehead. Her elemental affinity was with ice and water, which she combined with her naginata techniques to become quite the menace on the battlefield.

Additionally, both sisters had several combined techniques and spells in the game that were very strong, but both had to be brought together to unleash them. Rinkah was often said to be the better of the two, as she had so much HP she could singlehandedly tank direct blows from bosses while being healed in the backline. Her sister, with a much more glass-cannon build, tended to die a lot—bringing a certain risk when using both at the same time.
