Though since their sparring match he had continually raised his expectations of his disciple’s prowess, he still underestimated him!

"Raine, rest assured! You publicly killed the Dragon Mage Lord and single-handedly turned the tide—we’ve all seen it. Your matter, once we return to the Iron Hills, Krom and I will do our best to persuade them for you."
Humbert said this while winking at Raine.
