Girl, what do you have to be smug about? Senna glanced at Veronica dismissively. She was too prideful to argue with Veronica, much less lower her pride to compete with her over a man.

“Wayne, Mr. Moula requires you to become a knight in your own right as soon as possible. We haven’t trained together in a long time. Why don’t we work a few extra hours tonight in the grove?”

Before Wayne could respond, Veronica clutched his arm tightly. He said with a shrug, “I can’t use Elemental Mantra right now, so extra practice is pointless. Besides, I have to take care of Veronica tonight. We can train another day.”

Another day? Veronica gritted her teeth and huffed, “Wayne, I’m tired. Carry me to rest...” She resolved herself and spoke specifically to provoke Senna, right before Silvia, “I want to take a bath, but I can’t even lift a finger. You’re helping me.”

Silvia blushed. Young people these days are so bold. They should be more daring and more careless so that they can put a bun in the oven as soon as possible.

Senna felt nothing. She had never thought of breaking up Veronica and Wayne, nor did she have any desire to monopolize Wayne. She said bluntly, “I wish you both a happy marriage. Also, I’m not some shallow woman who craves love. That’s too childish. I’m very fulfilled spiritually, so I don’t need a soulmate. What I want is to engage in the most primal exchange with someone I like.”

Veronica and Silvia froze at the same time. A shameless woman was a woman without weakness. Veronica grabbed Wayne’s hand and gave her mother a pointed look, urging her to do something about her master.
