Leveling Up by Defiling Milfs

Chapter 247 - 247: Ch247: A Desperate Struggle

Blood-red tears welled in its eyes before spilling down its distorted face, streaming like rivers of blood.

Daniel's pupils shrank. 'Those tears…!'

The droplets fell toward the floor. The instant they touched the stone—

*HIssSS~~~*

Smoke curled upward as the stone beneath the droplets blackened and melted away.

Daniel's expression changed. "Watch out!"

He lunged toward Alucard, grabbed him by the shoulder, and yanked him down with all his strength.

*Thud-Thud*

They crashed onto the floor just as another stream of blood-like tears splattered across the spot where they had been moments earlier, the stone bubbling beneath the poisonous liquid as foul, acrid smoke rose into the air around them.

"Are you out of your—"

Alucard's angry words abruptly died in his throat as his gaze shifted toward the smoking puddles. Only then did realization strike him. Daniel hadn't knocked him down for no reason.

A flicker of gratitude crossed Alucard's eyes.

'Thanks,' Alucard said in his mind.

Both men planted their feet firmly on the ground, settling into their fighting stances. Their knees remained slightly bent, ready to spring aside at a moment's notice, while lightning crackled violently across their palms.

Their eyes remained locked on the creature. Then, something changed.

A thin, white web like layer began spreading across the Devilish Child's body. Its countless limbs, twisted torso, and even its grotesque face were gradually covered in a strange, pale substance that shimmered faintly under the flickering flames.

"What the…?" Daniel muttered.

"Target its legs. We have to bring it down and use that to our advantage," Alucard said.

Without wasting another second, both men unleashed their attacks.

*BZzZAap! BZzZAaP! *

Twin bolts of lightning tore through the air and struck the creature's legs.

Nothing happened.

The lightning vanished into the white layer covering its body as though it had been completely absorbed.

The creature didn't even flinch.

Daniel's eyes widened. "Huh?! What just happened?" he asked.

Alucard's expression hardened as he stared at the creature. "It absorbed them. That coating must have strong rubber-like properties."

Suddenly, a thick white mist began billowing from the creature's back, curling around its body like smoke. Within seconds, the mist spread across its entire body.

*FWOOSH!*

The webs shot toward them at frightening speed.

Alucard twisted aside just in time, narrowly avoiding the incoming strands. However, Daniel wasn't so lucky. One of the webs snapped around his left leg and instantly coated it in a thick, gooey substance.

*Splap!*

Daniel yanked his leg back, but the sticky webbing stretched without breaking, clinging tightly to his boot and ankle.

"Shit! I can't get out of this!" Daniel muttered.

Before he could struggle free, another bolt of lightning crackled across his palm and shot straight into the gooey, web-like substance.

Nothing happened.

Yet in the very next second, a burst of flame shot toward his leg, targeting the white, sticky substance and burning it away.

"Looks like someone needs some help," Zero said, sprinting toward them.

With the heat of the flames, the sticky web burned away, and Daniel was finally able to pull his leg free.

"Agh!! What the fuck?! My leg!" Daniel cried as he looked down at his left leg.

Tiny white bubbles had formed across his skin, swelling like small mushrooms. They continued to expand, and a sharp pain shot through his leg as the wounds came into contact with the air.

"Oh shit," Zero muttered, his eyes widening as a foul stench reached his nose — the kind of rotten smell that came from a sock left unwashed for months.

"Watch out!" Alucard shouted.

Zero grabbed Daniel by the arms and yanked him aside just in time. The two stumbled to the ground, but Zero quickly scooped Daniel up and carried him to the far corner of the chamber.

Once he had set him down safely, Zero turned and rushed back to Alucard's side.

Daniel lay on the ground, both arms wrapped tightly around his leg as the pain climbed past his shin and toward his knee, spreading through his flesh like fire beneath his skin.

'Damn it! it hurts… so bad,' he muttered through clenched teeth.

With a quick glance around the chamber, Daniel saw Zero and Alucard fighting as flames engulfed the webs above them, burning them to ash.

On his left, Valmond and Klaus were locked in a fierce battle — Earth versus Fire, their elemental powers clashing violently across the chamber.

Daniel's gaze shifted back to his left leg. He gripped it tightly, but it did nothing to ease the pain. If anything, the harder he resisted, the more the pain seemed to intensify.

Then he remembered something.

Daniel pulled a dagger from his pouch and pressed it against his leg, the blade hovering over his swollen shin.

His hand trembled.

If he didn't do something, the infection would spread throughout his entire body. And judging by how quickly it was spreading, he had far less time than he had imagined.

"Wait…"

Daniel quickly searched his pouch, pulled out a healing potion, and drank every drop of its red liquid in one gulp.

*Gulp! Gulp! Gulp!*

"Mwaah…"

The pain began to ease, his breathing steadied, and the infection slowed. For a brief moment, Daniel thought he was safe.

Then—

"AAGH!!"

The pain came roaring back, twice as fierce as before.

Daniel frantically searched through his pouch — coins, dolls, biscuits, random items — until his fingers finally closed around something familiar.

A half-sliced Passiano Mystic fruit.

*Nom~*

…

*Gasp~ Gasp~ Gasp~*

Immediately after he swallowed the fruit, the infection began to slow, and the rapid spread across his leg faltered, then stopped altogether.

One by one, the tiny white bubbles covering his skin shrank and deflated, disappearing beneath his flesh as though they had never been there.

The unbearable pain faded with them.

A flicker of hope lit up Daniel's face.

'It worked…'

But before he could even catch his breath, a rock flew toward him and slammed straight into his face.

*BAM!!*

His head snapped back from the impact.

Daniel's vision instantly blurred, the entire chamber spinning around him. A high-pitched ringing pierced his ears, drowning out every other sound.

*Piiiiing~*

He stumbled forward and crashed face-first onto the ground.

*THUD!*

His vision darkened at the edges, and the last thing he saw was the blurred chaos of the battlefield before darkness swallowed him whole.
