My Life In A Fantasy, Women-Dominated World

Chapter 162: Two Suns In One Sky

"Indeed." Aaron’s face curled into a wide smirk, "Give me all the narcopaste in your possession, and do you know something about the forbidden poison that’s brewed using gold shrooms?"

"Forbidden poison using gold shrooms..." The great elder of the stealth tribe hummed deeply, looking straight at Aaron before nodding, "So you’re sent by the Venom tribe. Heh, serve you good, monster. Go ahead, steal my gold shrooms if you want! You will die soon enough."

She threatened him openly, seemingly fearless about the thought of dying to his hands.

Even after she saw everything he did and how strong he was, she had no intentions of giving up.

Alyssa, hiding in the tinted glass chamber near his ear continued to shout in his ear, telling him he cannot leak their identity!

And once she heard the stealth tribe’s great elder guess their tribe’s name, she fell down on the glass panes.

"It’s over... you’ve blown the cover, now you will destroy our tribe before dying from the poison... just great... I am dead, hahahahaha!" she cackled to herself like a maniac.

But since she was so near his ear, he could hear all the bullshit monologue she was having, giving him an urge to facepalm.

"Great elder, do you know the antidote to fix this forbidden poison or not?" He asked patiently.

The great elder scoffed, "Even if I had, I wouldn’t give it to you, monster! I will make sure that the tribe elder of the venom tribe is punished properly for her crimes!

Does she really prioritize the grand feast so much that she’s ready to sign a deal with the devil?! Fucking selfish woman... all just to see the empress once. Is that even worth it?"

Aaron was close to snapping at the elder and shutting her off, but when he noticed the direction her rant was going in, he let her continue.

And her end words confused him deeply.

Empress...

Surely, in the vast universe there were countless empresses, but still...

Figuring it was better to ask than form baseless theories, he forwarded the question to the great elder of stealth tribe.

"See the empress once? What do you mean? Which empress?"

"What a blasphemous question, monster." The great elder snarled, "How can there be two Suns in one sky? How can there be two empresses on the same land? Who else would I mean if not the empress of the forest, the Empress Of Serenity?"

Hah...

Aaron breathed out a low scoff, causing the elder’s furniture to blow apart slightly from the wind force.

Here he was, working and trying to find the way to the capital city of Drax, but now, he COINCIDENTALLY found the way to meet the empress?

What was this?

A sick joke by the universe?

On the other hand, to add onto his irritation, Alyssa’s cries were nonstop.

Each word from her mouth was a new and unique whine that managed to ruin his mood one way or the other.

It was getting so bad that Aaron decided to deal with it.

He narrowed his eyes at the great elder of the stealth clan, who was looking back at Aaron with slight smugness and slight nervousness.

"Only this tiny mushroom turtle knows of our secret, ain’t it?" He said casually to no one in particular, while stroking the elder’s shell with one finger.

Alyssa understood the question, stifling her tears as she hiccuped, "Yes..."

"Good, then there’s only one way to make sure our secret remains safe."

The moment he said so, chills crawled down the spine of both Alyssa and the great elder.

The former was simply surprised by the cruelty while the latter was preparing ways to escape.

"Sometimes people miss the answers even when they are right in front of their eyes." Aaron shared his words of wisdom, shooting out his hand and gripping the elder’s mushroom shell with all his strength.

As for the elder, she had already retreated into her shell, knowing that if there was something capable of damaging the shell, then the chances of her surviving were 0 percent anyway.

If so, why bother waiting for death in discomfort?

Wasn’t it better to die calmly within her own shell?

Aaron’s fingers curled around the hardened mushroom like shell, holding it in his palm as he continued to increase the grip strength.

*Crack*

First, there was a slight cracking sound, a small tremor going around the entire shell.

But when Aaron didn’t cease his attack, the crack began to expand.

It spread like a spiderweb, going all around the shell with a symphony of cracks until it finally gave up.

The structure collapsed onto itself, the shell had shattered and Aaron could feel something softer, something fleshy within his fist.

He opened it to check and there she was, a completely nude great elder, huddling to cover herself from both his vision as well as the damage he may inflict.

The stealth tribe’s average size was smaller than the venom tribe, because their most focus went into the mushroom shells, halting their body’s growth significantly.

And thus, despite being the great elder, she was slightly smaller than Alyssa in size.

"LET ME GO, YOU MONSTER!" She screamed into his palm, even going as far as to bite and scratch his skin but to no avail, she cannot harm him, "EITHER KILL ME OR LET ME GO!"

"You’re wrong, great elder." Aaron laughed back in amusement while sliding his hand into his pocket.

Then he simply dropped her in the pocket before sealing it shut.

"See? Problem dealt with." He laughed, speaking to Alyssa as he loomed over the stealth tribe’s main townhall, poking the mushroom furniture, checking for any secret safe or basement.

"Y-Y-Yes, I apologize for panicking and disturbing the focus of you... sir Aaron." Alyssa whispered softly, not daring to speak too loud.

"Good, good, it’s okay. Tell me, are these the golden shrooms we need to collect?"

He asked, looking down at a small patch of growing mushrooms.

They appeared to be made out of gold, their outer layer shiny and reflective.

"Yes, sir Aaron."
