After a full day of experiments, Loren had completely figured out the effects of the virus.
One: If left uncontrolled, the virus would take effect within half an hour.
Two: The infected individuals carried the virus throughout their bodies. Harming others would transfer the virus into their bodies, causing infection. This was the only mode of transmission; the air could not spread it.
Three: If the infection was lifted in time, the infected would revert to normal humans. If too much time passed, their internal organs would be digested, making recovery impossible.
Once the logic of the virus’s transmission was fully understood, it posed no further threat.
Under Loren’s insistence, this information could only be shared with certain high-ranking members—at minimum, those at the Bishop level or above.
If the Bishop himself turned out to be a spy, Loren would just have to accept it.
“Alright, handle the rest yourself. I’m going home.”
“I didn’t even have lunch because I was busy studying this stuff.”
