Chapter 359: The Secret Witch
After arriving at a place with no people, Loren took Caroline and took flight. Today his speed was considerably faster than yesterday, so much so that Caroline hardly had any chance to speak.
To avoid the wind, Caroline simply burrowed into Loren's clothes.
After a day of flying, Loren finally brought Caroline to the edge of the Whispering Woods. The rest of the way, it wasn't convenient for Loren to enter; he would likely discover the witches' hiding spot.
"Alright, you'll have to walk the rest of the way yourself."
Loren waved goodbye to Caroline. He wasn't particularly worried about her safety. Although there were quite a few Magical Beasts in the Whispering Woods, protected by the Secret Witch, this was one of the few unpolluted places. The Magical Beasts here were just ordinary ones, at most a bit stronger.
Caroline's Arcane Ability was more than enough to handle these. There were no humans in the Whispering Woods, so she could use her Arcane Ability without any restraint.
The Whispering Woods was the most suitable place for Witches to live besides Loren's House. Here, they didn't need to hide their identities at all and could freely use their Arcane Abilities.
Before leaving, Caroline pressed Loren's hand onto her head.
"Please rest assured, I will definitely make my family understand you."
