The medicine developed by Aisaco was still being sold, only now the production and sales were handled by other vampires. Since they no longer needed to give Aisaco a cut, the money they earned had increased quite a bit.

Loren did not plan to take Lilith with him. Other places all had sunlight. For a low-level vampire like Lilith, it was basically instant death upon contact. Loren would not let Lilith take that risk.
Before leaving, Loren left Lilith with one of Movila's clones. Movila's other clones would also keep an eye on Lilith's situation at all times, ensuring her safety.
In Uridia, Lilith wouldn't encounter much danger. Within the Bloodline, she was a nobody. Lilith was usually a homebody and wouldn't provoke others.
Even if she really encountered someone who hated vampires, Lilith could just change her eye and wear an eyepatch, making it impossible to tell she was a vampire.
