"Master Mentor, did you mean the Observer in your lyrics?"
When Loren came out, he saw Lilith sitting at the desk, looking at the lyrics he had written.
Lilith had learned to call Loren that from Anna. She and Anna were closest, so she called Loren the same way Anna did.
"You figured it out?"
Because these lyrics were meant for Cecelia, Loren had written them obscurely. On the surface they were about someone missing a deceased close friend, but in reality they were about the Perpetual Observer and the Dawn Princess.
To understand that required knowing the truth about the Perpetual Observer and the Dawn Princess, and simply knowing that truth was already a capital crime.
Lilith really did give off a vibe of being clever by seeming foolish. Her memory was poor and she knew very little, yet she could see the world’s ugliness.
