Galaxy Fall: All My Skills Are Maxed

Chapter 381: The Observers, And Pawns

"Stop."

Mirabella came to an abrupt stop mid-air, her golden aura flaring as she hovered a significant distance away from Hayatobi and the struggling frontline group. She moved her sharp gaze all over the burning place, her enhanced perception piercing through the thick, unnatural smog, then slowly raised her head to the dark, churning sky.

’So much powerful presence... Why aren’t they stopping these things?’ She thought, a slight, deeply suspicious frown forming on her face. Her senses were picking up massive, dormant signatures hidden within the atmospheric layers—entities fully capable of erasing this undead plague with a single strike.

’Even those who called themselves Guardians are simply watching the show.’ She lowered her gaze, staring coldly down at the red-skinned lady with the umbrella, and the two massive, 10-foot-tall red-skinned zombies flanking her.

’These pigs, they’re watching from the shadows to know everyone trump cards...’ Mirabella’s eyes narrowed with absolute contempt for the games being played with innocent lives. She refused to let her guild be used as sacrificial testing dummies. Slowly, she raised her fingers, and snapped it.

BOOOOM!!

Down in the ruined streets, Hitachi, who was busy executing a flawless sword sequence to hold back the horde in the West side, suddenly froze mid-strike as a golden spatial array locked onto his coordinates.

"This?" He muttered, recognizing the energy of his Guild Leader.

Aurelia, David, Precious, Austin, Daniel and Casey who were fiercely fighting close by blinked in profound confusion, as Hitachi violently vanished from the bloody battlefield, leaving behind only a vacuum of displaced air.
