Chapter 331: Ascension Of The God General
Mirabella lightly tapped Reese’s head, and the draconic pressure vanished. It wasn’t a clash of brute force, but a profound, conceptual override. The pressure, previously enslaved by the Great Celestial’s aura, instantly recognized a higher, absolute authority and smoothed out into perfect tranquility.
The Gatekeeper turned his massive, heavily armored head towards the red dragon, who was still hovering steadily in the ash-filled air, a slight frown appearing on his reptilian face. His complex spatial calculations were entirely falling apart.
’No one below the King stage can withstand my bloodline suppression, how come they’re still standing?’ It thought with a slight frown, his vertical pupils narrowing as he attempted to scan the seemingly fragile human girl sitting atop the beast.
"This guy is too powerful." Vespina whispered, her voice trembling slightly as she was turning to Mirabella. The Nine stars demoness had finally encountered a wall her vitality-draining mechanics couldn’t bypass.
"Should I try my hand?" Cupcake asked, her fur bristling with latent energy, willing to risk her life for her Master.
Mirabella analyzed the dense, perfectly controlled energy radiating from the crater, and shook her head:
"This dragon already mastered his Powers, it won’t be easy for you." She said, fully acknowledging the Great Celestial’s combat proficiency. With absolute calmness, she started gracefully floating towards the dragon, stepping onto the empty air as if descending an invisible, royal staircase.
"Human! You aren’t even nine stars, how do you plan to deal with me? I think you should continue hiding behind your weak pets." He said, scoffing at her sheer audacity, fully believing her reliance on tamed beasts was her only saving grace.
Mirabella narrowed her piercing blue eyes at the dragon: "I copied a skill when the students were training... Although Rose couldn’t use this skill, but I can use it." She stretched her delicate hand directly towards the colossal dragon.
"What do you think you’re doing?!! You can’t win me!" The gatekeeper roared, insulted by her casual demeanor. He aggressively slammed his heavy foot to the irradiated ground again, as highly concentrated, radioactive flames burst out from the ground, and brutally smashed an invisible walls below Mirabella.
"...?!"
The Gatekeeper was entirely dumbfounded; it stared blankly at the five ethereal guardians, radiating supreme golden light, which appeared out of thin air, effortlessly blocking the catastrophic attack with their body.
