Magus: Rise of the Darkness Empress

After hearing her words, all the people immediately bowed their heads to her. One of the old man, who looked to be the representative of the people present here came before Weiss and bowed his head even lower. Then he said in a shaking voice -

"Noble Mistress, we all are extremely grateful for your generosity. So this old man will shamelessly like to take advantage of that. Twelve of our most capable of men and women were taken somewhere just yesterday. Please, please save them. We all will be willing to become your horse or donkey in order to repay your grace."

As soon as this old man was done speaking, all the other villagers also bowed their heads even deeper. Weiss was able to sense what all of them were feeling and their feelings were quite complex. It was a mix of relief, gratitude, fear and worry.

At the same time, there was one other thing that Elena was able to sense. That was the bond that all the villagers had. They were one of the most close community that Weiss had seen.

This was actually a good thing and Weiss was glad to see this. This kind of people were exactly what she wanted as the inhabitants of her territory. She was also able to feel that the gratitude and loyalty that they felt toward Weiss was very high.

So even though she was planning to quickly attack a second dark orginisation next, Weiss changed her plans. She decided to rescue the missing twelve individuals first.

"Okay. I will rescue them."

Weiss did not give any reassuring smiles or encouraging words. What she said was simple and straight forward. But these words were also extremely reassuring at the same time. Hearing this, the villagers unconsciously relaxed their bodies.

As Elise and the other subordinates were seeing this, they were feeling very proud. This was an unique quality that their beloved mistress had.

Even though she would look like cold ice with her expressionless face, all her actions were filled with warmth that made people to relax and to trust her.

After this, the subordinates started to escort the Villagers to the safe house in small groups. They were doing this in order to not attract any attention from other dark organisations.

Fortunately for them, the territory of the Obsidian Snake’s Fang was very remote and well guarded. So even after so much happening, no others secret orginisation had come to investigate the situation here.

And at this exact moment, Weiss and Elise were going toward their next destination. And this destination was not in the slums but in the business district of the city.

From the records kept in the room of the boss, Weiss had found out who could be the ones to take those twelve individuals away. And all suspected buyers were mid to big sized merchants.

The records of human selling was obviously not written in the books as selling humans. Instead some other word like honey or wood had been used in place of the word human.

The last day, three trades had taken place for this orginisation. One was for honey, another one was for meat and the last one was for alcohol. Weiss was very sure that all these products were fake and the thing sold was actually humans.

But there was still a very low but non zero possibility that one of the merchants had actually bought exactly what was written. So instead of directly attacking the shops of the merchants, Weiss and Elise first hid close to the shops and Weiss started to use her extremely powerful senses to find out if these merchants were actually guilty or not.

For the first merchant, Weiss did not even have to try too much and almost immediately she was able to sense a hidden underground area with quite a few people inside.

Now, Weiss could just storm the store and get rid of this merchant. But there was a problem. This shop was a free place of the public and there were quite a few common people inside it.

That was why Weiss decided to do something else. Something a bit more sneaky. So she and Elise used their ancient force and started to dig a hole.

This was actually quite an easy thing to do for these two grand knights. Currently, Weiss and Elise were even capable of blowing the wall of a fortress apart with their ancient force. So digging a hole was super easy for them.

With her strong perception, Weiss was able to calculate a perfect path and managed to reach the underground room without any problem or being detected. And currently this place did not have anyone else but the slaves.

There were in total 7 people here. 3 of them were males and the rest of the four were females. Six of them were also the missing villagers that Weiss was searching for.

Even though she had only came to save the villagers, Weiss saw no reason why she should abandon the one last person present here who was not from the village. So Elise mmediately explained the situation to all the slaves and then used the same path to send them out that Weiss and Elise had just dug.

Actually they all would have a lot of trouble in climbing this path but Weiss was behind them and helped them out with her ancient force. So everyone managed of get out quite easily.

Then before leaving herself, Weiss lit a fire in the underground prison like area. This place had a lot of dry wood, so the fire soon started to burn fiercely. Weiss did not remain here to see the final aftermath and just left.

Even though the first merchant turned out to be evil, the second one was not. He was the one who had bought alcohol and it looked like he really had bought some kind of smuggled super expensive alcohol from the dark orginisation.

As for the last one, just like Weiss had expected, this person also turned out to be guilty. And this person was actually a female merchant. She had only bought six healthy and handsome looking boys.

After coming outside her shop which sold clothing, Weiss sensed that those captives were currently inside the bedroom of the shop owner and were having sexual intercourse with her.

So how was Weiss going to save them ?
