The corpse pieces that had just broken free from their restraints on the ground were about to go berserk when they were immediately entangled by vines. Lin Ye left the makeshift laboratory, taking those ensnared corpse pieces with him.

The researcher hastily tore off their disguise, revealing their original form. It was Lin Ye's old acquaintance, the research assistant, Miss Sera.
"Why are you here? Give me a reasonable answer, or you'll regret lying to me."
Lin Ye decided to give Sera a chance to explain.
"I'm a corporate spy sent by Carnot Heavy Industries to steal confidential data from Abyss Products. But the confidential data is all in the underground labs. I could only sneak in. Just now, something unexpected happened deep inside the labs, so I took the chance to slip out with the stolen confidential data."
Sera did not disappoint Lin Ye. She quickly fabricated a reason that sounded fairly plausible.
"Aren't you a research assistant? How did you become a corporate spy?"

"No choice. A research assistant's salary is low. I have to take on some side jobs."
Sera shrugged helplessly.
"The confidential data?"

"Here, this is the original. I just made a copy."
Sera took out something resembling a USB drive and handed it to Lin Ye.
Lin Ye took out his Communication Device and began checking its contents.
"Are you really going to check the information here? There are many powerful individuals deep in the labs. It won't be good if they chase us out."
Sera said somewhat nervously.
"What are you afraid of?"
Lin Ye glanced at the information on the Communication Device. Most of it was research reports on Pit Products.
"Don't you think it's a bit too lively here tonight? These people attacked the major factions and then casually ran back to their lair, making sure all of you could find this place..."
Sera didn't finish, but Lin Ye already understood her meaning.
"You're saying they deliberately lured us here for some purpose? To achieve that purpose, they even chose to expose this Abyss Products base?"
It wasn't impossible. Lin Ye just didn't know what their purpose was.
"Exactly. Not just you, many powerful individuals have entered the Abyss Products Company. Some have already gone deep into the underground labs."
As a corporate spy, Sera was quite familiar with this place.
Lin Ye decided to give up on going deeper into the underground labs and relayed this message to Raymond.
"You're just leaving like that?"
Sera asked in surprise.

After sending the message, Lin Ye turned and left. He didn't want to stay a moment longer.
"I thought you would try to disrupt the enemy's plan. I didn't expect you wouldn't even go take a look."
Sera followed behind Lin Ye, secretly observing his expression.
"I've already sent out your message. Those high-level spiritual energy users aren't fools. Once they receive the information, they'll withdraw immediately. The enemy's purpose has already been disrupted."
The other party was willing to gamble with exposing Abyss Products to achieve some purpose... Lin Ye just wanted to get away from here as fast as possible now.
