Titan Giant - Zedala slowly said, "That Nameless, have you come into contact with him?"

Lisandra nodded, "I have."

"He’s very familiar with everything in Mark City, it’s very likely he once lived there for a long time."

Titan Giant - Zedala said, "He is an Immortal."

"A forbidden existence."

"What do you think about what he said regarding the ascension ceremony of the immortals, is it true or false?"

Zedala knows most of what happens in Mark City.

Lisandra cautiously said, "It’s unclear. But many people believe, and some have disappeared while searching for the Teleportation Gate."

Immortals.

Divine Investiture Ceremony.

A world with almost no barriers to divine ascension.

Zedala slowly said, "I want you to help me find a gate leading to that world."

Lisandra was surprised and said, "My Lady."

"Haven’t you already cooperated with that lord of the Barbaric Celestial Domain? Why take the risk?!"

Zedala shook her head, "The Barbaric Celestial Domain is already in chaos, and there’s some huge threat in that Crystal Wall System."

"You can’t put all your eggs in one basket."

Lisandra knew that the Titan Giant before her always wanted to regain freedom, but she had offended a Divine Spirit of strong power, and openly snatched the other’s faith. Without any external aid, she might be trapped in Mark City for life, while the Titan Giant was immortal, essentially incapable of dying from old age, so it was as if she pronounced a sentence of eternal imprisonment.

The foe was a divine spirit, almost impossible to die unexpectedly.

And she, being an immortal Titan, also wouldn’t normally die of old age, the situation was thus completely stuck.

Zedala had always been waiting for an opportunity.

Amongst all the big shots in Mark City, she was the most willing to sponsor others, the reasons for which need not be explained.

Lisandra cautiously said, "My Lady wants to ascend to become an Immortal?"

Zedala nodded, "Yes."

Lisandra glanced at her and said softly, "If you ascend, you won’t be able to enter Mark City again."

Zedala calmly said, "I know that."

Compared to being one of the hidden bosses of Mark City, she preferred to become a goddess, otherwise, she wouldn’t have impersonated other divine spirits.

Under normal circumstances.

With Zedala’s power, holding a divine investiture ceremony wasn’t difficult, getting a Weak Divine Power was easy, but the problem was she had offended a strong divine power, so she must go to a place where the foe couldn’t find her.

Distant Realm thus entered her sight.

Lisandra looked into the Titan Giant’s determined eyes, knowing she had prepared to give up her familial business in Mark City, Zedala had vast assets here, but even if she temporarily abandoned them, she would probably find a suitable agent.

Zedala slowly said, "I have already obtained all the knowledge of divine investiture ceremonies from the Dark Age from those people in the Barbaric Celestial Domain."

"As long as I have faith, I can ascend smoothly."

She now only needed a chance.

A world not yet divided among the Gods of Faith, a Material Plane where no other divine spirit would obstruct the divine investiture.

Lisandra bowed respectfully, "I understand."

"My Lady."

"I will find a Teleportation Gate to the Distant Realm for you as soon as possible."

Titan Giant - Zedala nodded in satisfaction, "Go."

The heavy door slowly closed.

After Lisandra’s figure left, Zedala looked toward the shadows behind her and calmly said, "Send someone to secretly contact that Nameless."

"I want to know what he said to the Lady of Pain that day."

Since the Nameless appeared and spoke with the Lady of Pain, no residents of Mark City had seen the Lady of Pain walking in the city for a long time.

Furthermore, many hidden Teleportation Gates were opened in Mark City.

Many previously rare Otherworld creatures, such as Vampires from the Dark Celestial Universe, Astral Wanderers from the Sanctuary Plane, and even those legendary people from the Earth Celestial Universe appeared in Mark City. Zedala could feel many Ascenders like herself were eager to move, because everything about the Distant Realm seemed to be like discovering a new continent, whoever set foot on the new continent first would gain the upper hand. The first to eat the crab could freely choose the upper divine positions, while those following could only pick at the leftovers left behind by others.

Currently, the only thing giving them pause is the Distant Realm being extremely dangerous, but this is expected, if that starry Cosmos weren’t dangerous, Zedala would doubt the veracity of the rumors instead.

The Multiverse is never short of ambitious adventurers.

Those currently entering the Distant Universe are mostly obscure figures, many of them are going for the Immortal Divinity because ascending to a deity-like being is the most reliable way to prolong life.

The true Ascenders are still watching, they are the ones capable of facing Ancient Evils and powerful elder beings!
